I highly recommend Kleinmann Properties. Pina was understanding and caring and completely professional. I felt fully confident that she would do everything she could on every level to do her very best for me. She certainly did, she got a good price and kept me fully informed at all times. It was a difficult time and not without hiccups but Pina managed to ease my stress levels.
I say Kleinmann Properties every time! Pina is a delight to work with.

I have called this agent multiple times, emailed and left voicemails as they are an agent who markets in a specific area I am looking but does not market on rightmove. Sadly I have received no communication back despite being an active person looking for a property. Their website is outdated and not user friendly. As a person who also works in the industry this is very disappointing. If you aren’t able to contact perspective clients I struggle to see how you are able to promise perspective sellers and landlords you have up to date clients looking on your books.

Absolutely brilliant service from this small, family team. They navigated our sale under some extremely difficult circumstances in the chain. Without the excellent planning and support from Pina, it would never have happened. Kleinmann's were also instrumental in our purchase 2 years ago, so I wouldn't hesitate to use Kleinmann's again. Highly recommended.

Excellent Service. Valuation of property was spot on and in line with other agents. Listened well to my needs and suggested relevant marketing strategy that worked well for my situation which other agents didn't do hence why I went with Kleinmann's. Achieved the sale price I wanted as well, before COVID/lockdown impacted the market and messed it all up, but Kleinmann's persevered through all the challenges that brought and a particularly awkward buyer to eventually deliver the sale at a price I was happy with. Cannot fault their professionalism, commitment and tenacity. They might be small and local but they know what they are doing and genuinely care. Agree with previous reviews about their friendly approach and that they are good fun to work with too. Would recommend without a doubt.

The property was hugely over valued, therefore taking 18 months to sell at over 300K less than the initial price. Communication to the client and buyers side was also poor and at times inaccurate. Double check what is included and what is extra to their fees.

We would highly recommend Kleinmanns estate agents. Keith managed to sell our house within two weeks and their communication, professionalism and knowledge of the industry was second to none. Ours was a tricky sale with some very awkward buyers but Kleinmanns managed to keep it all on track and seal the deal. We would definitely use them again.
