I recently bought my house through Knight Frank in Clapham and it was great experience. Jack Gravestock was the agent I dealt with and he was knowledgeable, polite, experienced, and also made himself available whenever I wanted to see the house. Harry Anthony at Knight Frank is absolutely STELLAR. We have worked with him throughout our move back to the UK, through a myriad of viewings, through our settling in and the rest. He listened to us and went to an enormous amount of effort to ensure all went smoothly. He found us two properties that were ideal for what we required at the time. Harry is always on hand, he gives as much support as needed, he doesn't just sign you up and then disappear. I can't praise Harry enough. Awesome experience with Knight Frank! Alice Finch Noyes went above and beyond expectations to help us secure our new home. We moved from California to London and were not able to see the home before moving. Alice took the time to call us via FaceTime to walk us through the flat and sent corresponding videos thereafter. I'm giving 2 stars, but this is unrelated to the pre-move, and more to the post-move which I think is just as important if you're going to claim to be the property managers of our flat.
Alice was super helpful and patient when we were looking for a new flat in Clapham. She was flexible, and took us back to what is now our current flat 2 or 3 times when we were deciding whether to stay in Clapham or move elsewhere. 5-stars for Alice. She's amazing.
Now since moving, Knight Frank's service has been a 1-star experience. We've been here for 9 months, and I'm still waiting on responses from months ago. They've switched property managers without contacting me and my husband, and it wasn't until I followed up on a previous email that they told me it's the wrong person. Responses take forever, and you have to call/text/email to get anything out of them. For the first 2 months we were in our flat, there was no hot water and we were showering with ice cold water every morning. Our building's buzzer has been broken since we moved in, and now there are exposed wires with no sign of it being fixed.
My husband and I met our next door neighbour who manages the entire building (KF only manages our flat) and he gave us his number and recommended we reach out any time we have issues. He's SUPER reactive and helpful and is our only saving grace.
Knight Frank needs to work on their customer experience once the contract is signed.

The Knight Frank team were wonderful to work with, always on the end of the phone and communicating when needed, without constant calls. Stephanie made selling my property really easy and stress free, even when obstacles came up, she was thoroughly helpful and supportive throughout. She managed the whole process seamlessly, giving advice that was above and beyond her remit when asked and I cannot recommend her and the team enough. We will certainly use them in the future.

Knight Frank were excellent from start to finish when my partner and I purchased our first home. Knight Frank met us at the property asap and were extremely knowledgeable about the property and the developer and were able to give sound advice regarding the offer process. Knight Frank communicated our offer to the developer immediately and we had our offer accepted on the within an hour on the same day. From our offer, through to exchanging contracts and completion Knight Frank maintained constant communication with all relevant parties and went above and beyond what we would expect from them.

As interior photographers we work along side the Lettings Team (Anna, Harry and Alice) and have only positive feedback. The bookings are always well detailed, access has been arranged and the landlords and/or tenants are well briefed for our arrival. We frequently deal with Alice who is professional, organised and good-humoured. A great office to deal with and a valued client.
