Knight Frank were excellent from start to finish when my partner and I purchased our first home. Knight Frank met us at the property asap and were extremely knowledgeable about the property and the developer and were able to give sound advice regarding the offer process. Knight Frank communicated our offer to the developer immediately and we had our offer accepted on the within an hour on the same day. From our offer, through to exchanging contracts and completion Knight Frank maintained constant communication with all relevant parties and went above and beyond what we would expect from them. Thank you (especially to Lizzie and Hannah) for making our first move as stress free as possible!

As interior photographers we work along side the Lettings Team (Anna, Harry and Alice) and have only positive feedback. The bookings are always well detailed, access has been arranged and the landlords and/or tenants are well briefed for our arrival. We frequently deal with Alice who is professional, organised and good-humoured. A great office to deal with and a valued client.

Knight Frank is better at sales than the other Chelsea agents - I worked with several of them. The quality of the viewings Knight Frank brought in was better and resulted in offers. I would recommend them if you're looking to sell. They were also professional and easy to work with.
