This is the reason: I am not a client of the agency and was in need of legal advice on my housing situation, I therefore contacted the agency by mail asking for advice. I proposed to pay them for the advice. Jordan replies "Thank you for getting in touch and don’t worry there will be no cost for advice", then writes 5 whole paragraphs of help on my situation. The next morning I need urgent advice and decide to call him (remember I am not a client), he calls me by name and we talk at the phone for more than 10 minutes.
