Having been a tenant under the management of FHP Living for the past 3+ years, I've consistently experienced a high standard of service. They are a team of professionals who are efficient, and also nice to deal with. I appreciate their responsiveness and attentiveness to any raised concerns or questions, even if minor.
When I needed to relocate to another city, both the formal and practical matters around end of tenancy were also handled very well, and I felt supported.

Theano is an amazing asset to the team at west Bridgford she has assisted me in every request no matter how big or small and always checks in to make sure things are running smoothly, can not say a bad word about the new team in west bridgford! 10/10 for care and support feel well looked after in my rented property and I feel extremely at ease knowing Theano and the team have my back! I’ve had so many problems since I’ve started renting with FHP. Possibly the worst agency I’ve ever been with. This was until Theano joined FHP. Her customer care and sense of urgency is second to none. In little time all of my concerns were dealt with. I couldn’t recommend a better estate agent.
