Kennedy at Belvoir WB guided us through the process from viewing (remote and in person) to getting the keys for our flat which we rent with them, and has been extremely helpful throughout! She has helped alleviate a lot of stress which comes with the renting process, and we are now very happy with our new home. They even gave us a move-in goodies box which was very nice. Absolutely incredible service. From the first viewing of the property, to picking up the keys a few weeks later, and everything in-between. I had Kennedy guide me through the whole process, including showing me around what is now my new place of residence, and I can honestly say she was amazing with everything. She provided me with all the information I needed to help move things forward at a good pace, anything I wasn't sure of, I knew I could just drop her an email, and would receive a reply within the same day (within working hours of course), and nothing ever felt like too much trouble for her. Fantastic service, and I would highly recommend Belvoir, and especially Kennedy to anyone!

3 weeks ago i met 3 special people kennedy,lesley,jasmine i walked into there office felt welcomed. I am really proud of Belvoir WB services. Whenever, there is an issue with my property they are quick to get this resolved and so helpful. Leslie has been a star and I appreciate all that she has done for my family and I. I've lived at the property for 9 years and when she noticed that a refurb was needed she was quick to assist and ensured that new carpets were fitted although I didn't request for this to be changed. I now feel so happy in my home as it looks like we're in a new house but in that same perfect location. Very poor, they never call you back, they never rush to help, they don't care one bit about your safety, they have a duty or care which is never exercised, this place is the worse place I've ever dealt with. Also after leaving a review the company called me with poor attitude and being unprofessional asking why I left a review like this clearly breaking the data protection act, further more lying on a public review... Nothing but bullies, will take your money won't fix the problem.

Very poor experience of this business right from someone on live chat giving me the wrong email.
It comes as little suprise to learn that this branch of Belvior is just a very small company operating a franchise agreement.
Staff very inexperienced, amateur and I become disconcerted straight away.
On looking at the reviews on here it's pretty obvious that many are written by the employees of this franchise. Some seem to be competing with other branches however this makes more sense when you know they are actually different companies.
I would advise potential customers not to put aside too much time here.

We haven’t dealt with the West Bridgford team as much as the previous derby team, a few problems with the derby team but I think that was due to the offices closing so it was difficult for the team to help most of the time! But the Nottingham team has been fab, fast communications, updated regularly, always polite on the phone and in person! I’m sure if we ever move again or buy and it’s a Belvoir property we will have the same service! I’m sure tenants don’t always say this but it’s been a pleasure!

Belvoir (Jasmine) explained the entire step by step process and then did exactly what she said she'd do. Belvoir (Jasmine) stayed in contact providing assistance and support when needed. Any issues or queries we had, Belvoir got onto and resolved almost straight away. I wouldn't normally leave a review but Belvoir went above and beyond what I would consider typical customer service. I would definitely use this estate agency again and we recommend Belvoir to anyone buying or selling a house.

Shivani had us in for a viewing in Kinoulton, we instantly fell in love with the place and were incredibly eager to secure the property for our first home together.
Shivani helped us secure the property and was incredibly professional and courteous through the entire application process and was always on hand to help us with any questions we had.
Even when we managed to lose the keys on the first day of moving in the Belvoir staff were nothing if not amazing and understanding about the matter and we could not find a single fault!

Jasmine and Shivani at Belvoir West Bridgford have been outstanding in our experience. It was our first let and they guided us through all the requirements, found us a new tenant just before Christmas, and then managed the agreement, inventory and regular inspections. When an issue arose, they came round at once and helped sort it out (far beyond any contractual obligations, but acting as friends of our tenant and us). They have swiftly and efficiently helped us with maintenance, not to mention guiding us through the new Nottingham landlord registration requirements. We are extremely grateful and can highly recommend them.

As a first time buyer, slightly naive to the processes and procedures involved, and somewhat dubious due to unpleasant experiences I’ve had in the past with certain letting agents; I can honestly say that thanks to Jasmine my whole journey was a remarkable one. I’d heard of the ‘nightmares’ people have had with buying and moving but I’m relieved to say mine was a fairy tale. From start to finish Jasmine kept me up to date with absolutely everything and gave me advice when I couldn’t get it from those I perhaps should have. I myself felt part of the team and felt like Jasmine was genuinely sharing my interests. Not only was she thorough and professional but also a joy to speak and laugh with, I feel like we built a friendship through the process.
Never were my calls too much for her busy schedule and if I missed her I knew it wouldn’t be long until I got a call back. I must also mention the office staff who were always lovely and polite.
So…is my review about Jasmine or Belvoir? I would say Both thanks to the experience I’ve had.

Just had a really refreshing call from Grace who wanted to understand the issues we've had over the past few weeks. Really showed how important the customer service is to them and how it reflects on the branch. Not often that I've experienced this, so it's a real positive and has completely changed my perspective of how we are viewed as customers, and how our issues are managed.

We have been more than delighted with the service offered by Jasmine and her team when it came to selling our house.
Her valuation and assessment of our property was 'spot on' and we got the asking price.
All communications were timely and honest and I really felt that the company was doing their best for both vendor and purchaser alike.

I think that Susan and Michael acted with fairness and respect at all times. Sometimes, in awkward situations, they tried and successfully looked after everybody's interests.
They answered any queries I had promptly and when required arranged for necessary maintenance without quibble.

Belvoir West Bridgford have managed my property for just over a year and they have been absolutely fantastic.
As a first time landlord they walked me through the set up and gave me reassurance. During the rental communications on any issues have been great and maintenance issues have been dealt with very quickly.
