Just sold my property through Frank innes and I couldn’t recommend them more.
The property was listed and they managed to find me a full asking price buyer the same day! I dealt mainly with Tony who was fantastic, constantly checking in with me to see how the sale was progressing with the solicitors and willing to chase up instantly and happily for me whenever I had heard no news.
Tony went above and beyond and is a credit to Frank innes.

Dreadful experience ending our tenancy early. I am disabled and cannot work so me and my partner could not afford to rent the flat any longer, however we where charged an up front fee of £450. Little to none of the agreement was properly explained to us and we have ended up being charged rent and council tax for a property we don't even have access to for 2 months with almost no contact from the estate agents. We also where never informed of the tenancy being filled and our requirement to pay rent being over, we had to find this out our selves and still haven't had a word from the person who was supposed to be managing this agreement. Very disappointed, be very careful working with this team It feels very much like they just want to help the landlord make as much money off the tenants as possible no matter their situation.

Sharon, Morgan and the rest of the team were incredibly helpful throughout our whole house sale process. There were a few ups and downs up along the way but Frank Innes ensured we were able to sell our place and buy the right house for our family.
Other estate agents offered lower commision % and promised higher selling prices, but the team are open and honest throughout the whole process and will actually make your move happen.... highly recommend.

We have recently had interactions with Frank Innes West Bridgford - mostly with Brad who we can’t recommend enough. He has been approachable and so accommodating throughout the whole process despite him being so busy.
However, not so pleasant interactions with Sharon who has continuously been rude and abrupt with her communication. Had Sharon been the first person we’d come across within Frank Innes we wouldn’t of bothered.
Well done to Brad, a proper asset to the Frank Innes team.

Perfect example of a stereotypical crook letting agency. My partner and I were first time investors and have been let down tremendously. My emails are never responded to, always call to say someone will call back and they never do. Property management is absolute shambles. Staff are unapologetically rude. When you finally get through to the manager - Holly, she tells you you’re going around in circles and laughs on the phone at you! Sharon is completely patronising and there’s a new member to the team who doesn’t have a clue. Frank Innes is a laughing stock. We’ve since taken our new investment properties to Rex Gooding who have done a sublime job - I’d advise anyone reading this to do the same!

Do not be fooled by previous 5* reviews!! The rental team are USELESS. My husband is a first time investor so we took choosing our letting agent quite seriously. We were really impressed with the consistent 5* reviews Miss Jessi Pabla was in so we called our for a valuation. Miss Pabla did not disappoint and made the whole process as seamless and as exciting as possible. She managed to get tenants within 24 hours! We had a few agents out but we were really impressed by her service we chose Frank Innes West Bridgford. The service over the past 6 months have been absolutely disgusting. The manager, Ms Holly Nock is so patronising and viscous it is actually laughable. Emails are never responded to and once I called fully seeing the office to be told she was on the phone and she wasn’t! She just cannot even speak to her clients who are paying her wages!!!! I called up demanding to speak to Miss Pabla to explain the service is unacceptable to be told that she has left! Which made sense! Our tenant has told us she is looking to leave soon and we will be taking the property off Frank Innes as soon as possible! Everytime you ring you get someone different and you never speak to the person again!!always told someone has left! DO NOT USE

What a professional team they are at West Bridgford. Selling a house during covid would have been so stressful if we hadn’t used Frank Innes, West Bridgford. The valuation, the photos and 360 rooms and the way they coped so professionally during a terrible time.
The situation did not change how business ran and covid was never used as an excuse. Business as usual but harder for the team. I sold my house to move overseas and I was looked after so well all through the process. (Even after I moved I received an email from Sharon to see how I was getting on). I highly recommend West Bridgford, Frank Innes. I had quotes from all other estate agents and the valuation were similar. FI went that little further with their valuation process and I felt they were so trustworthy and professional. I also went on recommendations from friends too as they said they just went above and beyond. They were right.. outstanding service!!! Thank you team, Tony and especially Sharon who is amazing!!

No morals or ethic in their business, money hungry agents will stop at nothing to ensure they snare the best piece of the pie.
I had an offer accepted, provided ID. The next day received a call saying another bid had been taken.
This means they were still trying to make a buck and taking offers having approved mine. Cowboys, steer clear. Very unprofessional!

I was recently a tenant and they are incredibly poor and unprofessional. Do not hire from them. They are not returning our deposit even though they have evidence from us. They claimed we left the house dirty but we sent evidence about this already. On top, they responded after 2 months making us wait and joking around with us. Today, they said we got a report from when you left which is a lie. Why make us wait 2 months if you have the report from day one. On the phone the agency worker was rude and made horrible remarks. They have no desire to help you with your deposit when the contract ends. I left the house in perfect condition and have proof and this woman from the agency said "its not my problem". The deposit is nearly £1000 and they are joking about with me. If you hire from them you will definitely get problems like this.

Cant recommend enough. I had several agents visit and Morgan Lees-Collier was by far the best. Fantastic knowledge of the area, very thorough when viewing the property and gave great insight into how Frank Innes would best approach selling to the particular demographic the property catered for. From the day the property was listed the support from Morgan and Kim Jones has been outstanding. I have always received advance notification of all viewings and detailed feedback following the visit (property was empty and viewings managed by Frank Innes). Great support by Kim as well helping me to arrange clearance and providing the keys for the firm so I didn't have to travel. Even when my property lawyers went quiet, Kim and Morgan were phenomenal at keeping me up to date. I have another property to sell and look forward to using their services again in the new year.

Even though my sale or purchase wasn’t through Frank Innes, Kym Jones was looking after her client on my purchase. Due to other estate agents who will remain nameless not providing any support and poor communication, Kym took over and led the whole chain from the front. Her experience and knowledge shone through immediately and got the process back on track.
Fantastic service from Kym and her team and I’m very grateful for everything they did for me.

The only positive about point I have about this place is Hayley, she has been helpful and supportive with queries we’ve had.
However, apart from her we have received nothing but appalling service from Frank Innes and countrywide.
From prior to our tenancy with them trying to get more rent from us despite the property being advertised on all platforms at a specific price. To being pressured into allowing someone access to the property in the middle of lockdown to take a cutting of a rose. Finally, we are two and a half months after our tenancy ending and we are no closer to even knowing how much of the deposit, if any is being returned to us.
Every time we chase we are being told they are awaiting confirm from the landlord. We are being charged for missing items despite having evidence that these were not in the property, or correspondence from Frank Innes to remove specific items. When given this evidence, we are told we should I’ll be kept updated with the landlords comments, however we then have to chase, only to be told two and half months later that supposedly items are damaged, not shown in the checkout as so with no damage caused by ourselves and told we will have to bear the cost with no evidence.
The entire process has quite frankly been outrageous. Fortunately we are home owners and no longer need to rent, but should we ever sell we certainly will not be using countrywide. Avoid at all costs.

Really poor customer service from Sharon. I overpaid rent and so was due money back. Almost two months later and no refund. My emails were unanswered, and I made multiple calls where she would say she was "just processing it as we speak"...but clearly wasn't... and "sorry for the delay, it's just one of those little things I keep pushing back". Awful. Every time I ring she is trying to end the call as quickly as possible and laughs everything off....I was still speaking when she hung up today. She's now said it should come through in a few weeks (another long wait)....but we shall see!

After our original sale fell through at 2 days notice to completion we were worried that our purchase would now also collapse, but Sharon was brilliant at keeping the seller happy while we re-listed and re-sold and then even better at keeping the pressure on all solicitors in the chain to make sure the exchange could take place in plenty of time for the stamp duty holiday still.

Update March 2021 - This changed when we moved into the property. There were minor problems for months (no fan working in the bathroom, heating monitor broken, no light in the fridge). It took 4 months for someone to come round to price this up. After 5 months we moved out and the problems were never fixed. Very helpful moving someone in but then charged ridiculous amounts for minimal wear and tear when they leave.

Jessi has really opened our eyes into a modern world of the rental process! She is so much fun, really caring yet super professional. When me and my girlfriend applied for a property, she created a Whatsapp group for us which was really exciting because she sent us photos of updates whenever she re-visited the property and when she got the keys etc. When we moved in we also got a lovely card from her congratulating us on our new place! Frank Innes is by far the best estate agents I have dealt with in Nottingham. Due to the ongoing pandemic, I was a little wary with regards to the current market conditions and the impact it would have on my rental property - however, I needn't have worried.
Frank Innes have been excellent, in particularly Jessi who helped me throughout the whole process. She was exceptionally helpful and really bent over backwards to help me and put my mind at ease.
I had initially approached the firm prior to the lockdown - Jessi herself handled my appointment. She was very friendly and approachable from the get go, but she also answered my queries in a professional and reassuring manner. This made me feel much more comfortable with the situation and was one of the better appointments I have had with an Estate Agent!
I was telephoned back the same day and the property was put online very swiftly. An application was made the following day.

Our sales process took over 5 months due to problems at the bottom of the chain. Problems that would make you stressed, irrational and at times not the greatest customer to speak to. Awful experience as a tenant. The fees they charge tenants are extortionate! From £20 to "poke the little fire alarm with the little red finger" (to quote Shannon) to the reference fees costing hundreds of pounds it was was a stressful and costful experience. They even charged over £100 to renew the tenancy after the lease expired (something which I have never had to do in my 10 years experience renting accommodation) it will be interesting to see what happens to them should the government vote in stricter controls on letting agencies and their fees. Even when it came to the end of our tenancy and we were moving out we found out that Frank innes were organising viewings of our house while we were out without making us aware. Something that only came to light when I queried how they got a new tenant without seeing the property. When I complained the response I received was "Well I said sorry I really don't know what else you want me to do" (again a very professional response by the steller employees at frank innes). worst agency from start to finish.

Landlords beware (and tenants) – I've entrusted the full management of my three properties to the team at Frank Innes in West Bridgford for the last three years. Having just sold all three it came to light that for one of my properties they had been collecting the incorrect amount of rent from the tenant (£365, instead of £475, as detailed in the tenancy agreement). During the last 37 months this amounts to a total of £4,070 owed in rent. Having highlighted this issue to the team at West Bridgford communications started well and they admitted in writing that, and I quote – 'it was our admin error'. I phoned and left a message this morning to check on progress and shortly after leaving this received an email offering £250 in compensation, but nothing more. It appears that management have got involved and they are now refusing to resolve the matter in a satisfactory way despite admitting their failure. They even suggested that I take the tenant to the Small Claims Court. Not the level of service I expect from an organisation I have been paying fees to for the last three years who have openly admitted they messed up. I'm now taking legal advice to resolve this matter, which is costly in terms of time and money, not to mention stress, and something I shouldn't need to do.

Please be careful and exercise due diligence when buying a property. Unfortunately this company, or in particular this branch are not honest people. They have unlawfully advertised a property property as a 3 bedroom house. A full building survey revealed this property could only be marketed legally as a 2 bedroom house for various reasons. Had this information been disclosed from the start, my interest would have been ended. Instead a lot of time and money was wasted (around £1000 for a full building survey) for me to find this out. This information would have been known by the seller and especially the estate agent (supposisedly very experienced ). Still, Sharon maintained this wasn't an issue and that I should still proceed to buy a house, paying the value of a three bedroom house for a two bedroom house. Very intimidating and persistent emails/calls were made to pressure me into buying. Unfortunately, their commission is far more important to them then helping their customers make the right decision. Huge regret with dealing with such dishonest people with no integrity.

Rented with these guys for four and a half years paying them over £30,000 in rent during the process. I looked after the place and paid every penny of rent on time. Then at the end they try to sting me with a £400 deduction from the deposit for things such as "dusting skirting boards" and "cleaning light fixtures" etc. So they wanted £400 to clean a small, empty terranced house which I had already cleaned? Jack Chambers worked tirelessly coping with useless solicitors, other estate agents and clients up and down the lengthy chain which very nearly fell apart right at the last minute. Our own solicitor commented on how good Jack had been. It's not just about selling or buying a house, you need a good agent to support you to the completion line and Frank Innes didn't let us down. The service I have received this morning from Sharon was horrendous. I rang to view the barn conversion in Gamston Villiage and the response I got was "we did viewings yesterday and I'm expecting 5 applications today so I'll have to give you a call Tuesday I'd nothing's happened" I have worked in and for Frank Innes before and I'm disgusted. Charlene negotiated an excellent sale price and Sharon was always there at the end of the phone to sort out problems - there were quite a few at both ends of the chain. Tony was on hand to help resolve many of these problems. I mustn't forget Cherry who was often the first port of call when I rang - always a cheery greeting before she passed me on to one of the others. Overall, a very stressful time was made that bit easier and I still wake up on some mornings amazed that I made it! A big 'thank you' to the team at Frank Innes. This is the key, of course, they work as a team.

I instructed another Reputable agent in W/B but they were unable to find a tenant after 4 weeks frank Innes started marketed and found a tenants within 3 weeks.

I met Sharon firstly at Frank Innes West Bridgford. She's very professional and friendly and I felt encouraged to take the first step towards selling my house. The first impression always sets the scene and I was not disappointed with the Team at West Bridgford. James and Kirsty offer a warm welcome and professional reassurance that any first time tenant, or in deed a long-term tenant, would wish to receive. There was an immediate understanding of requirement and a timely solution; in our case within 3 weeks. All proceedings were handled promptly, with confidence and to a successful outcome. The 'after-sales' support is equally responsive and all issues have been managed with aplomb and to an expected standard. I have no hesitation to recommend the Frank Innes Letting department to a prospective tenant.

I have been hugely impressed with James and Kirsti at Frank Innes. Frank Innes are the 3rd Letting agents I have used recently and by far the best. My experience with James and Kirsti was absolutely first class. They worked hard to arrange numerous viewing whilst keeping me informed every step of the was.

This is the first property I have let and I certainly do not regret choosing Frank Innes to see me through the process and help me manage the property.
The service has been first class or better throughout.
Every question I have asked ( and their have been many ) have been answered helpfully and efficiently.
Whenever I have asked for any help or guidance it has been given immediately and effectively.
Financial transactions have been transparent, speedy, straightforward and honest.
James and Kirsty fully understand the problems and pitfalls that can occur for landlords and see things fom that perspective.
Once my property was ready for viewing I had at least three viewings arranged within the first three days and the property was let in less than a week.
It has been a long time since I came across any business that places customer care so highly and if you are thinking about who you should use to manage the letting of your property, I would look no further.
