Good personal interaction but the manager who appraised the home left the business shortly after. We had 3 viewings in 12 weeks and all found the location not ideal so this tells me they were not qualified properly. Reduced the price by £50k and had no movement on the property. Eventually took it off the market.

Since we first made contact with William H Brown with regards to purchasing and getting a Mortgage Peter Applewhite the Mortgage Services Manager has been excellent. He kept us informed at every stage including the remortgage for the last 2 years when the rate is due to change.
This was completed today and his help in this matter has been immense especially as their have been some personal issues that I have had to deal with whilst I was awaiting to renegotiate the last 2 years interest charge on the Nationwide Mortgage.
I have found Peter to be very professional and always willing to go that extra mile to make sure the service he provides is top notch. To be honest I do not know what it would have been with out his help. He is a credit to his profession and also to William H Brown .

I’ve had very pleasant experience with William H Brown at West Bridgeford, I have been dealing with Peter Applewhite who has been great at making the first time buying process as simple as it can be, everything was explained really clearly and I never felt rushed during the meetings. I would highly recommend him!

Poor experience! They couldn't get our door number right in confirmation emails and after us pointing it out multiple times via email and stating the correct number they changed it ...to another number which was still wrong.
We decided we didn't trust them to sell our house due to lack of basic attention to detail and asked to be removed from their database 3 times and yet they're still calling and emailing us. Definitely not getting the message and undoubtedly breaking GDPR rules.
Terrible, Terrible attention to detail, very very pushy sales and absolutely wouldn't trust them to sell our house and would recommend others not to give your email and phone number

I’m happy to share my success story with William H Brown - West Bridgford here ???? as a first time buys I wasn’t clear about all the upcoming nightmare steps. Chelsea, Jamie, Zoe welcomed me and stand along with my expectations, arranged selected properties that matches my taste. Off course they introduced me with the great mortgage advisor Peter who took me towards next step on guiding all mortgage related topics and my numerous questions. Finally, found TBQ where I met Jo & Jo, Kayleigh and they were very supportive in buying process. Pushing the solicitors and getting all in place at the right time are their key skills. Very communicative. Always at the end of the phone if we need to know anything. Found us plenty of buyers, then vetted them to make sure they were bona fide. Sold the house within days, and kept us up to date with the progress of the sale. Would recommend.
