The staff were always friendly and responsive when contacted. However, our property had a problem with the drains where running the bathroom sink caused water to come up through the bath accompanied by a foul smelling odour. After contacting them multiple times to try and get the issue fixed no action was taken. This persisted until we eventually left the property 4 months later with the problem still not being addressed.

Had me jumping through hurdles to then tell me the landlord wasn’t happy with watch dealers made me get guarantors who the required to earn more then £6,000 a month to then also tell me not good enough absolutely poor and kept on a string the whole time. POOR.
