There are other agents who will provide a much more personalised service, with staff who know the area well and will spend time and effort promoting your property. First off when the male arrived from Holden and Copley; he never offered to take his shoes off. So I had someone waking around in my clean home where my children play and sit. This is basic manners. Secondly I feel personally harassed. After trying to turn the company down, after selecting a different estate agents I have been pestered. With nothing but sale tactics to try and change my mind. I understand this is a business. But my mind has been made, I shouldn’t be forced into a corner, and repeatedly rang. Thirdly my house was massively over valued, and are the majority of properties which this company are selling. You only need to scan right move to see this, and see they aren’t selling. My advise would be to use an alternative company... Read more
