Amazing, I love all of their products. I often buy their creams which I highly recommend, along with their shower gel and sponges. They also sell face masks which I've not used, but heard great things about. They're products are scented with amazing aromas, however I wanted to ask, do you guys sell hair masks or hair products? Still, really love this place, highly recommend, they've got great products, and sell makeup too. I come here frequently, and have bought a lot of their things, so you can consider me a very valuable source.... Read more

I visited this store on tuesday 21/2/17. The product I wanted (lip exfoliator) was not in stock although a delivery had just been made. The shop assistant (Safa) cleaned up the (try me display item) and gave me a small amount in a container to be going on with. (SHE SAVED MY LIFE). I went back to the store on Saturday 25/2/17 and yes I got the only one left. Unfortunately not in stock was the lip conditioner I wanted to partner the exfoliator . The manager (Aida) gave me a sample of two items that I could use in the meantime. I am so delighted with the service I received from both members of staff that I am (with loyalty card in hand), a firm new shopper of the body shop because if these two ladies.... Read more
