It would be nice to be honest with client but sadly not with houston Lawrence and nick cophlan, when I viewed the property he promised to call me back after more than 20 times every times I have been told he is busy with client but finally when I manage to talk to him he said I was away and this property already gon under offer. Chris Jago came to visit our shop to evaluate it, took some notes and ask to email them the plans. Then didn’t pick up his phone, didn’t return emails nor did he respond to 2 messages left with his colleague. If a senior person running the firm lacks the basic courtesy and decency then I wouldn’t expect much from the rest…as they say fish always rots from the head.... Read more
