Extremely unprofessional agent. My offer was accepted by the vendor and I found out that this agent was talking to another prospective buyer in a bid to get more commission. I had to talk to the vendor directly to stop this unprofessional approach. Eventually the deal did not go through and I ended up wasting a lot of my time. It is agents like these who bring a bad name to the profession.

I'm really disappointed with this agency!!! We have been told we are the first couple to view one apartment, later that day got a call from them saying they have a problem with landlord and they need to cancel our appointment and book it again for some other day, next day I've called them and I've been told the house is already been reserved for someone else!! Will definitely NOT recommend this agency to anyone!!!
