AVOID If you are a selling your house! Really nice guy but he is basically a scammer.
After going to a few different agents we spoke to Jackson’s as they seemed to be selling a lot of houses in Cippenham. First of all he is a really nice guy but don’t let that fool you because what he tells you is complete misinformation.
He told us some dribble about how because the walls are made out of concrete 75% of mortgage companies won’t mortgage the house. He told us he would only sell our house at £450k
When everyone else came in at around £500k. The house ended up selling at £490k.
For a guy that grew up in Cippenham it’s shameful to see him driving the prices down.
If you are trying to sell your house fast then I would maybe recommend but by the sounds of it he can’t be trusted to tell the truth.

Would put zero star if I could! The apparent “manager” Meg? Correct me if I’m wrong. Absolutely disgusting attitude on the phone. I have private rented for 2 years so needed to find out some information on what they would need from myself etc. Patronising me on the phone when I said my credit was probably around average! Disgusting nasty person and with an attitude like that your going to have difficulty keeping up a good reputation. The funny thing is you could tell she thought I was a unprofessional! Had to remind her very quickly that I was in a very much professional role and would probably one day cross paths with her. Awful behaviour to have to certain customers and I will be doing my best to find the owner off the home to let them know what type of estate agents they are letting their home through!

Please avoid this estate agents like the plague. We rented a property for 1 year and the owners decided to sell the property during our tenancy. The estate agents were very rude and threatening during the whole process. This was because we couldn't give them access to the property as and when they wanted as we were both at work and had our own commitments on days off. We didn't feel comfortable giving them the key for other people to walk around our home. Jo sent us emails saying that she would serve us notice that she was going to come round for the viewings even though this was illegal.
During the tenancy our washing machine broke, we reported it. Jo said that the landlord doesn't have to replace but unfortunately for her I am not stupid and I know the law. Jo has a lack of care for her tenants as she always tried to get everything in favour of the landlord even if that means she isn't following the law!
Jo even made an issue when we had a dog living with us although on the original advert it did not say "no pets". There has been a new law that landlords can't stop tenants from having pets if the property is suited. Given a 3 bed semi detached house with a huge garden I think the house was very adequate for my very well behaved dog so it was a total non issue.
We were struggling with our finances towards the end of our tenancy due to having to find a new home. We could not afford our last month's rent and we communicated this with Jo and her team with plenty of notice. Again Jo was ringing us multiple times a day, sending us threatening emails and letters.
Before the tenancy ended I emailed Jo regarding the checkout and handing they keys back. Again she couldn't agree on a time that suited both, us and her so I suggested that I would post the keys back to the estate agents.
You should feel at ease to contact your estate agents not a constant battle and having to provide evidence that what they are saying is incorrect.

Jo the owner is extremely rude and unprofessional, from the beginning to the end of our tenancy she was extremely difficult to deal with if things didn't quite go her way. She lied on many occasions and only when we pointed out that we knew our rights did she do the right thing. Avoid this company at all costs!!!

Spoke to one of their agent's a few day's back as we seen a property they're currently letting.
I had an enquiry and was told that they would look into it and get back to me.
Waited about 2/3 days and no response, so I called back and then they let me know the required information.
Moving houses is stressful enough without having to deal with unprofessional estate agent's.
I'd avoid them for sure!

Worst Estate Agent ever and utterly atrocious! Would have given 0 stars if the option was available.
Apparently from reading one of the employees background on their website: 'Jo has an extensive background in the Operations and Customer Service sectors'. Sounds to me more of a retail/warehouse persons CV that works on a till in a grocery store ????
To any unlucky person(s) that end up renting a property from these circus clowns, I wish you the best of luck. You will need it. But please make sure you make the time to go through the inventory check as they like to blame it on the tenants of any issues including 'small marks' on a wall to steal your hard earned cash. Any excuse to deduct money from your deposit and leave you with nothing!
Don't know where they find some of their Landlord/Landladys from either! Inexperienced just like themselves.

So far I am really impressed with Jackson O'Rourke. I have had dealings with Steve, Tegan and Ryan and all are friendly and they certainly know what they are doing and passionate about their job. Our house had only been on the market a week and we have already had about 20viewings. Definitely recommend!! Amazing company, thank you guys - happy client ????
I can't seem to write a new review so I will add to this one. To follow on from what I said previously I highly recommend Jackson O'Rourke. Our house sale fell through and by the end of the day we already had another 6 viewings booked in and an offer accepted by the next day. Tegan is amazing, if it wasn't for him then the stress of moving would have been even more stressful. Tegan pretty much did the job of all solicitors in the chain as well as his own job by the end of it. I honestly cannot thank Tegan enough!!

Had 3 agents quote - chose Jackson O'Rourke as Steve only one upfront on valuation and discussing general sale details. Despite restrictions on viewings the "team" were always timely, followed Covid guidelines and were patient with the extra frustrations of both Covid and Stamp Duty timeframes . As the "team" all know I can get on my soapbox - so to summarise yes I would recommend.

Steve and his team provided me with an extremely professional level of service. My property was placed on the market very quickly and within a week I had an open house of 12 viewings booked which resulted in 2 offers at the full asking price.
Moving house is stressful at any time but it was amplified even further because of the pandemic. Nevertheless my sale completed within 12 weeks and Steve and Co kept me fully updated throughout the whole process. Highly recommend using them if you're thinking of selling or renting your property

I would not recommend them as letting agents. We booked a viewing in with them. The negotiator who showed us around arrived almost 10 min late (When we called the office to find out if they were coming no one answered.) and she didn't even apologize for it. She barley showed us around the house or tell us much about it. We loved the location of the property so arranged a second viewing and once again they arrived late. It was such shocking service that I would never recommend them to anyone. I would also be very worried renting from an agent that you can not even contact during working hours.

The branch Manager Steve, strung us along for the ride to get a better offer for 10 days! When apparently it was sold 10 days ago. The manager and staff lied about the offers being put forward from us etc. Absolutely appalled by their service and dishonesty. Agents like this give other agents a bad name.
