Terrible agency. Deal with issues awfully, always had to chase them for correspondence.
Flat had major cleanliness issues and repair issues which were never addresses in 15 months despite constant chasing.
Treat tenants very poorly, do not use

Sold our flat through Lawrence Copeland and they were great. We sold the property promptly at the asking price, after the agent had shown round several prospective buyers. The fees are competitive and Nicole in particular was brilliant, supportive, knowledgeable and easy to get hold of. It was a pleasure doing business with the team at Lawrence Copeland. I would definitely use them again.

Former Lawrence Copeland tenant here. The worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with.
I have been laughed at down the phone; had to clean a strangers feaces off of our new toilet upon moving in; had to wait two weeks to have my shower fixed and have been ignored when making a formal complaint.

Lawrence Copeland sold 2 properties in this complex for me. The whole selling process was handled very well with excellent communication between myself and the staff through emails and the phone . I was abroad at the time and Covid 19 did not slow down the process when the staff were working remotely. I can highly recommend the team at Lawrence Copeland.

This is the third property that I have bought on the Quays in a 20+ year period through Lawrence Copeland. I have also sold two of these properties through the same agent. I have always found the service to be first class. Emails and telephone calls are always dealt with on the same day if not immediately and nothing is too much trouble. The team I are friendly and approachable and makes this aspect of selling or buying a property straightforward and pleasant. I would recommend this organisation without hesitation.

Katie Garner was of great help when I spoke to her regarding jobs I needed doing at the property, she was able to give clear instructions and assurance that what I need doing would be done.
I am pleased with Lawrence Copeland Estate agent and would recommend them.
The good thing about dealing with them I purchased the property through the company, and they have been managing it on my behalf. Well done!!

one of the worst terrible letting agent ever especially woman called Helen Lawless, such a rude not respectable person ever, we had the apartment for a year, the landlord was so difficult and looking only to take our money, and this person helen helped her and never treated us good and yelled alot and lied to us the whole time, at the end of the tenancy they took almost 600 GBP from our deposit without any right or permission, please avoid this company especially if your students cause they will take advantage of you not knowing your rights, trust me they will take your money, make you go through hell and never consider anything but the money, please avoid it completely.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible letting agent - AVOID! Disorganised, unprofessional and out to grab as much money as possible from tenants. Always difficult to get hold of and terrible communication; it has taken them a month to get back to me about our deposit and they are wanting to take £280 out of it for cleaning when the house is 100 times cleaner than when we moved in! No working smoke alarms in the house when we moved in despite them lying on the check-in inventory that they worked - they didn't even have batteries in! Old, broken and worn furniture in a furnished property, absolutely filthy when we moved in and the garden was full of rubbish that we had to move ourselves despite false promises that it would be cleared by their contractor. No repair or renovation work was done on our house in over 2 and a half years and they are trying to bill us for issues with the property that were raised at the start of the tenancy. Be very careful if you rent with these, take photographs and back everything up in writing as they will try to blame and charge you for their own negligence. Also I have asked for the direct contact details of the landlord and they are so far refusing to provide this which is a legal requirement under the Landlord and Tenant act 1985. Very unhappy ex-tenant
