one of the worst terrible letting agent ever especially woman called Helen Lawless, such a rude not respectable person ever, we had the apartment for a year, the landlord was so difficult and looking only to take our money, and this person helen helped her and never treated us good and yelled alot and lied to us the whole time, at the end of the tenancy they took almost 600 GBP from our deposit without any right or permission, please avoid this company especially if your students cause they will take advantage of you not knowing your rights, trust me they will take your money, make you go through hell and never consider anything but the money, please avoid it completely.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible letting agent - AVOID! Disorganised, unprofessional and out to grab as much money as possible from tenants. Always difficult to get hold of and terrible communication; it has taken them a month to get back to me about our deposit and they are wanting to take £280 out of it for cleaning when the house is 100 times cleaner than when we moved in! No working smoke alarms in the house when we moved in despite them lying on the check-in inventory that they worked - they didn't even have batteries in! Old, broken and worn furniture in a furnished property, absolutely filthy when we moved in and the garden was full of rubbish that we had to move ourselves despite false promises that it would be cleared by their contractor. No repair or renovation work was done on our house in over 2 and a half years and they are trying to bill us for issues with the property that were raised at the start of the tenancy. Be very careful if you rent with these, take photographs and back everything up in writing as they will try to blame and charge you for their own negligence. Also I have asked for the direct contact details of the landlord and they are so far refusing to provide this which is a legal requirement under the Landlord and Tenant act 1985. Very unhappy ex-tenant
