Would definitely recommend these guys. They helped with both a sale and a very difficult onwards purchase. Nothing was too much. Fantastic communication throughout and they couldn't do enough to ensure we felt supported all the way through the processes. I'd give 6 stars if there was an option ????????

These chaps are absolutely excellent! We have just completed on our house sale today and I can honestly say they have been the most honest, genuine and proficient estate agents I have ever come across!
They are super responsive and have made the whole house selling process as stress-free as it can be. We had some small set backs along the way, but Nicky and Ollie helped us manage all situations which came up with great professionalism and kept us cool, calm and collected.
Selling a beloved family home, somewhere you have lived for almost a decade (and brought home 2 babies in!) can be very emotional and stressful, and having Ollie and Nicky assist with the process made everything more than manageable.
Thanks for the advice and reassurances Ollie (not just on the house you sold for us, but also on the houses were looking to move to!), thanks for the regular updates and high level of professionalism Nicky. You are are a great team.

As a first-time vendor, I couldn’t have been happier with the excellent service provided by both Nicky and Oliver in the sale of my family home. As they rightly claim on their website, they are down to earth and easy to talk to, and their combined experience shows in their highly professional and organised approach. Without any sense of intrusion, photographs were taken and posted, viewings were scheduled and carried out at convenient times, and honest feedback was provided at each step. An offer was agreed only two weeks after the property’s first appearance on the Board.
I would recommend this “fab” team unreservedly, and thank them again for their respectful, expert and friendly support.

What can we say - extremely patient and professional throughout. We sold our house in May ‘23 before our buyer then dropped out due to issues at their end of the chain. But before we knew it, Ollie and Nicky had it sold again in June ‘23 at the asking price. The ‘patience’ aspect is that it wasn’t until March ‘24 that we found the house we’ve just moved into (Aug ‘24) and during all that time, they kept our buyer engaged and informed and critically, still keen to buy. The ‘professional’ bit is that not once did they apply pressure or in anyway give the impression that we’d inconvenienced them - supportive and understanding throughout. My mother in laws property was the first instruction for Lawrenson Ball which was apt as Oliver actually looked out on to the property from his front window ????. We had viewers immediately and the property quickly sold, however unfortunately the purchasers chain collapsed. Oliver had further viewings within a couple of days and we sold the property again very quickly. Having a local estate agent with such first hand knowledge of the village definitely was a bonus. We want to thank Oliver for supporting our family through a difficult time and ensuring the house can once again be a family home ????

I have been so impressed with Ollie and Nicky. The speed at which they can progress from an initial valuation, to photos, to upload and viewers is remarkable! Just a couple of days for this whole process, with an offer coming soon afterwards. This enabled to be in the best possible position to make an offer. They are professional and personable. Can't speak highly enough of Oliver and Lawrenson Ball! When we viewed a house we loved we hadn't got ours on the market but made an offer. The seller understandably wouldn't progress with us as we hadn't got ours up for sale. Oliver valued our house on a Sunday, arranged for the superb pictures to be taken on Thursday and our house was up on Rightmove by 6pm on Friday night! We were away that weekend but by Saturday morning Oliver had arranged 7 viewings and showed them round the house himself that weekend. By Monday we had 5 offers!
Throughout the process Oliver was on hand to offer advice, information and updates and always responded very quickly. Even when we had a nightmare of a moving day, Oliver even offered to help move some boxes!
We can thoroughly recommend Oliver & Lawrenson Ball, it was a pleasure to deal with them throughout the process and Oliver couldn't do enough to help the sale process.

A relatively new estate agent in Frodsham but one that comes with people with a lot of experience. Nothing was too much trouble and the service has been first class. We had viewers within 24 hours and an offer in 5 days. They are personable, easy to make contact with and one aspect we really liked about the service was that they managed and conducted all the viewings with speedy feedback …..would definitely recommend these guys

So I am technically not a customer, believe it or not, I purchased the house Oliver and lawrenson ball were selling.
Not only did he sell and organise his own clients house, Oliver aided me unconditionally every step of the way, and spent hours of his own time taking me through mortgage processes, soliciting process, contract process etc.
Whenever I felt unsure I contacted Oliver and he always methodically explained and helped me with patience through the process.
He is dependable, professional and hard working and trustworthy. When Oliver first invited us to view the property, he showed true passion and honesty and tailored the viewing which was after working hours to suit our needs, and ensure a fantastic experience, which you would never dream of getting from most other estate agents.

I’ve had a great experience with Oliver, again, this is the 2nd house he’s sold for me! After trying other very well known agencies, I came across the LB website and once I realised it was Oliver then I knew this time would be different.The difference I think is the personal touch, no having to deal with different people and the flexibility so people could view our house in the evening and weekends. The local knowledge was great too as he could answer all the viewers questions. The communication has been fantastic throughout, which removed a lot of the worries. I thoroughly recommend Oliver, from the advert, photos, communication and overall service. Just need you to branch out a bit further for when I want to sell again ????

Oliver has been fantastic throughout our whole house move experience and made moving to our new home relatively easy despite conveyancing issues. We always wanted to relocate within Cheshire so when looking around the Tarporley area Oliver had a good selection of properties available and the perfect one for us.
Oliver was always communicative and helped us a lot when we had issues with our own solicitors communication.
Personal and friendly, I would recommend a move with Oliver to anyone.
When Oliver was otherwise engaged, Nicky was on hand to assist and both made trips out of their way to accommodate our requests.
