Nice idea, poor execution. No regard for lower end of market. No regard for decent staff who work hard for poor money, 0 recognition and are generally taken for granted or ‘let go’. Poor management, spineless director, all round rubbish tbh. Probs just go elsewhere if I were you huns x

Hinchliffe Holmes are outstanding. They are professional, flexible and friendly. We had a main contact person (Amir) instead of having to constantly deal with multiple people so it’s much easier to follow up on things without explaining situations over and over. It’s also less likely that there will be misunderstandings.
Amir is very professional with honest views. He’s very friendly, reliable and responds quickly. In his absence Ben was also very helpful, experienced and professional and gave us some good advice too. We’d highly recommended them.

If you wish to sell your home don't hesitate to choose Hinchliffe.
I had a property which was, for a variety of reasons, not an easy sale.
They achieved a quick sale at a good price.
Everyone I dealt with was very professional and friendly.
Any contact I made was dealt with efficiently, there were occasions when there was a slight delay in response however this was due to the purchasers solicitor.
I really can not recommend them highly enough.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Hinchliffe Homes are, without a doubt, the worst estate agents firm I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with.
Firstly, Josh was late for our viewing. Great start.
We loved the house anyway (no thanks to Josh, who stood in one place and didn’t actually try to ‘sell’ the property). We made an offer which was accepted and the usual conveyancing process began.
Naturally, we tried to contact Josh as we neared completion and he didn’t even answer the phone or reply to our text.
Completion day arrived and we still hadn’t been able to speak with Josh about the process for collecting the keys (I mean, not that that’s a big deal or anything ????). A family member was in Northwich that day and went into their shop to ask Josh in person. He said ‘oh it depends what time it is, if completion is after 1230 then they’ll need to go to Tarporley’ (even though the house was in Northwich). He was asked why he hasn’t answered our calls/texts and responded with ‘oh’ that was it .. ‘oh’.
We actually managed to complete at 1115 (this would be great news because it was before 1230 and we didn’t need to travel to Tarporley) so we called the office only to be told we needed to travel to Tarporley to get the keys.
Then, upon arriving, at the time they were expecting me to, I was asked to provide ID, something that was not mentioned on the phone, and I had none with me, having travelled from Northwich (25mins). Thankfully they accepted my work ID and I was allowed to take the keys that they made so difficult to collect.
In summary, avoid Hinchliffe Holmes at all costs if you’d like a smooth process when buying your new home

Alyson and all the members of the team I met in Tarporley were quick to deal with me and very friendly and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
(Note: I do have concerns about the impartiality of some reviewers of agents; they appear on several sites with identical criticisms, and some even work for the company they review!
My advice to real customers like me is ignore the average review ratings, drop in and find out for yourself.)

Terrible experience with this firm. Tried to arrange viewing for a property I was interested in. Informed them that I was not prepared to provide address information unless they undertook to not place my details on any form of database. So far, after a week they have not provided that undertaking and are not now returning calls or messages. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
In my opinion they are completely out of their depth in marketing a seven figure property or dealing with prospective buyers for the same.
If you have a choice of who to market your property with in the Northwich or Tarporley area, I would suggest you use a longer established, more professional firm.

It’s so easy to overlook a great estate agent in today’s market and often people think that an agent is just the same as every other. This just couldn’t be further from the truth! The Hinchliffe team are efficient, friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. I got the impression that each and every home they sold meant so much to them and they had so much respect for all parties. Their eye for detail and opportunistic approach is like no other agent I’ve ever come across. Oh and let’s not forget that their marketing and photos setup is extremely impressive. There’s no agent I’d ever use over Hinchliffe Holmes and I’m humbled to have been able to use them. Keep up the amazing work guys!
