Take extra care with them…
They lying a lot…and over charging you if they can.
They are very polite before you sign the contract…
Respect for the maintenance gentleman, he doing all what he can, but the office doesn’t help him to much.

Sally was immediately available to resolve an electrical out of hours emergency, swiftly arranged the attendance of an electrician, and the problem was fixed within an hour from start to finish.
Additionally I have found Sally to also be warm, friendly, understanding and punctual when conducting routine inspections.

Had so many poor experiences with agents not properly caring for the property, the tenant, etc. These guys also had a bit of a shaky start but after some personnel changes have done a much better job. Professional and responsive. I’m pleased right now with how they are managing my property.
