We have been clients of PL rentals for the past 9 years. From the initial greeting and letting of our property Katie Darby has been 100% supportive, patient and very professional in her dealings with us. Latterly we have again been supported 100% by Raji Bhangra who's quiet determination, great knowledge and tenacity has steered us through a difficult period whilst the property was being sold. Throughout the sale period of 18 months Sadie Bithray whose finger on the pulse, accompanied by excellent communication was essential in keeping the sale on track.
Its how teams deal with difficult situations that dictate the level of customer satisfaction. Which in our case has been !00%.

My experience with Pattison Lane has been nothing short of a nightmare. After renting a property for three years and maintaining it to the best of my ability, I was met with an astonishing level of incompetence and audacity from their staff.
First, they failed to acknowledge emails regarding my extended stay in the property, despite me providing evidence of communication in advance. Instead of taking responsibility, they blatantly accused me of failing to inform them, which led to a parking fine that they refused to resolve, despite this being their contractual obligation.
The flat was handed back in the same condition, considering fair wear and tear over three years. However, they attempted to make outrageous claims of damage that was clearly pre-existing, as shown in the photos I provided. Their handling of the deposit was equally disgraceful—holding it unlawfully and attempting to force me into negotiations I never agreed to.
To top it all off, Raji Banghra, Lettings Support Manager, had the nerve to suggest that I do their job by raising a dispute with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. This is *their* responsibility, not mine. The unprofessionalism and sheer audacity of this agency are beyond belief. If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of Pattison Lane.
I will not remove this until the situation is rectified. Shocking experience.

I would like to thank Milena Polakowska For her help at Pattinson lane. Myself and my husband were in a were in a very sticky situation where we were having to live separately, all whilst having a one month old baby. After moving down from Cornwall. Milena acted quickly securing a home for us within the week here in Kettering. She was on the phone straight away as soon as we had viewed the property. She remained in contact with me on a daily basis and corresponded with me within a timely manner.
Also, I would like to thank Katie Darby for assisting me and my partner with the paperwork And clarifying detailed with myself when I was stuck.
I am forever grateful for the quick work carried out. We are now together as a family we feel settled in the home.

Pattison Lane's Katie Darby has been the most amazing support ! Not only doing the 'nice' glamorous side : advertising and finding the ideal tenant for my property... but... probably more importantly giving support with regards the less glamorous side of property lettings, when things go wrong ! Katie and her 'can-do' attitude provides real practical support in resolving those tough problems.

Katie made the process incredible simple. We are relocating to the area from Kent, and lots of plates have had to be spinning in order to pull everything off.
