Katie made the process incredible simple. We are relocating to the area from Kent, and lots of plates have had to be spinning in order to pull everything off.

I have never met Steffanie, but my gosh she's a GEM when it comes to customer services. She smiles when she speaks on the phone and always pleasant and ready to help. She has served me and the family in such a professional and courtesy friendly manner, you couldn't asked for more. My son Patrick purchased his house from the Kettering Branch and when he need plumbers and builders, Steff was a just a phone call away.
Steff quickly processed the rental of his flat and ensured all communications received with full understanding and attention. At the same time her colleague Tom Bailey processed Patrick's mortgage which was a delight as the mortgage rates were so high and yet he got the best deal for him. Tom took his time to explain the rates that were available and advised on the best deal and. I picked up the keys to my house on February 21, 2024.
