From first contact with Rachel with regards the valuation, to Dominic on the phones, Anele and her team have been outstanding. Rachel’s valuation was extremely professional, based on extensive knowledge and pitched perfectly for the market. Her attention to detail and feedback were flawless. The team’s local knowledge is second to none (Anele take a bow for knowing which way the house numbers run on the street of our property and numerous for sale and sold prices with other agents off the top of your head). The ongoing communication have been friendly, efficient and genuinely in real-time. With numerous potential buyers identified, our property was sold within two weeks of viewings.
