I was pleased with all aspects of the service provided. At the first meeting I was provided with sample documents showing how the property would be promoted even though we were yet to agree who our agent would be. Sophie visited the property with me in order to fully informed when speaking to potential buyers. We had 5 viewings in the first 2 weeks. Communication from Sophie was excellent throughout. Be very careful if you purchase a BTL property which is being managed by Simpsons & Partners. I have recently purchased a property in Kettering and the issues I have faced are as follows: - On completion day the Kettering office didn't have the keys so they had to bring them to me the following day - A tenant mentioned a number of issues to me which they stated they had reported to Simpsons over the last few months (i.e. between acceptance of sale and completion) which Simpsons clearly ignored. It seems they thought they could just ignore these issues as the property sale had been agreed. Just try to ensure you are able to speak to the tenants beforehand so you can confirm there are no issues which have been ignored.... Read more
