We have been updated regularly and have felt like we have really been heard and listened to. From our first visit to getting the keys our experience has been brilliant. Smooth transaction throughout the process with great communication with the entire Kettering team. Bought for rental purposes and found the rental team proactive, only selecting clients to fit the bill and tenants move in on 20/7, so here's hoping for a long and happy relationship for all parties.

There is always a professional but friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk into the office. The process of moving was aided with all the knowledge and experience the staff could offer. I would highly recommend the Corby office.

Throughout this process, communication was great and they worked with our solicitors to keep the buyers informed and managed all aspects professionally! Thankyou so much!

All the phone calls and all the interaction with every at Henderson has been amazing.. special shout out to Lee and Jack who where extremly helpfull and hands on. I will always be grateful. An when ever my next adventure happens. I'm definatly using Henderson again. Strongly recommend
10th Jul 2024 (17 days ago)I have rented with H&H for 5 years now and when you live in a property for that long issues will come up. On this occasion there was a problem with the plumbing and although I initially called it in on a Saturday morning, was called back and told that someone would be to fix it on Monday (I requested afternoon). I called on Monday and was lucky enough to speak to a gentleman named Drew, he was very polite and have managed to send me someone the next day (Chris) who went above and beyond to fix the issue, and even though he had to deal with a very peculiar tight space which required a specific slim type of materials, even though that brand new part turned out to be faulty and he had to go and get another brand new part, neither Chris nor Drew gave up on their task, with very fast actions and evident knowledge and hard work, they managed not only to fix the issue but also turn an unhappy customer to an extremely happy (5*) one who is very thankful and appreciative of the work Chris did and how Drew handled this from start to finish. Thank you both very much!! ????

Sold the family home within the first week of being on the market and got the full asking price, what more can you say ????????????????????????

18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
