Even though I did not buy my new house through them and struggled getting support and help from the buyers agents they were on hand to help with absolutely everything and offered advice and help when I was unsure on things during the buying of my property on the other side. We had some complications through no fault of Carter Williams but they were consistently at the end of the phone keeping me sane and calm and helping push everything through at the last minute. I couldn’t have had a more positive experience and have been by far the most amazing helpful and friendly estate agents I’ve ever dealt with! Thank you all of you! ??

She has given me real stress at the end of the tenancy and wanted to keep all my deposit despite the pathetic and poor condition of the house in which I had to live

I asked the agent whats next and she said, I will discuss with the owner of the proerty and get back to me. After 3 days, sent a message asking if I like the property. I was confused, why? Because, I have already told you I like it. The next day, I called and she said I have to inform the owner. So I asked, does it usually take this long? She said, the owner is just being careful. I thought about it severally and just did not understand the whole saga but now its more clearer.- 10th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)Kyah and her team were so so amazing with us! Dads' home ticked boxes but was niche which meant it was not easiest property to sell. I made contact online and was telephoned by a member of the team to arrange a visit to the property. Rhian was friendly and made me feel very at ease, she explained the Express Sale Process fully, created a marketing strategy that reflected the property but could appeal to a range of buyers. From marketing of the property we completed on the sale in 53 days. Rhian and shian kept things on track and kept me informed throughout.
