Their local knowledge of the area is a bonus to any buyer. Couldn't ask for a better estate agent. They even put up with my partner popping in every 5 minutes to see how things were going! Moving can be incredibly stressful, but the team at Pattison Lane made the process much easier with their helpfulness and, above all, their kindness. I had numerous questions—some quite trivial—but my letting agent Katie was always patient and responsive, answering each one with care. I’d also like to give a special mention to Natalie and Melaina, who were just as kind. I highly recommend Pattison Lane as an estate agent for their exceptional service and genuine support.

From early advice on pricing and marketing- including a PR article with photo of our house in the FT. Organising viewings was done well often with the fabulous Carol and Sandy in charge. With the stress of exchange particular thanks to Victoria for keeping us sane and on track.

25th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)Repeatedly excellent service when selling or buying property. David and Jamie are both brilliant, get things done and always come back to you very quickly. Not pushy at all, just honest and fair with their valuations, communication and general dealings. I've used them a few times and the experience has always been the same. They're a breath of fresh air, some of the other agents I had to value were outright lying or playing pretty underhand tactics to try and get me to sell with them. Jamie, on the other hand, just came for a chat - all up front, the good, the bad, the ugly and the easily repairable, all was laid on the table. I'll be using them again when I next get the chance
8th Aug 2024 (9 weeks ago)I've had two frustrating experiences with this agency and strongly advise against renting from them, especially at St Johns Rd in Kettering. If you want to avoid a major headache during your lease, steer clear of them. My initial experience with their Wellingborough property was even worse. Despite giving them another chance, their maintenance team has been extremely unprofessional. I’m particularly disgruntled because, after months of trying to resolve the issues, nothing has been done. Both the agency and the landlord have been unresponsive, and I’m now pursuing legal action and stop paying rent. To be clear, the same Connie who’s receiving praise from some of you has been ineffective and unhelpful, which makes me wonder if there’s selective treatment happening.- 16th Aug 2024 (8 weeks ago)A very pleasant experience with the Sales Negotiator Kyah Wright. Sam and Richard were fantastic all the way throughout, wouldn't hesitate to use them again.- 9th Sep 2024 (29 days ago)The sale of our family home took 2 years after our mum died with 2 purchasers dropping out for personal reasons and so we were third time lucky and the sale completed on 30 August 2024. James Smith in the Kettering branch was of particular note as he visited for the first valuation, was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about the housing market at any given time, always available or quick to respond and gave us good advice throughout on pros and cons for changing the price, spending time and money refurbishing or considering letting without any pressure to decide either way. He would phone before a holiday to provide an update on where we were and explain that all their team was available to help in his absence. He ran a good team who were all professional (Jessica was particularly efficient although I know she no longer works there) and managed to organise well over 70 viewings throughout and never gave up on us - unlike some other estate agents are known to do. A final message left to send congratulations was appreciated. Amy efficiently stepped in to help oil the wheels with getting a response from our solicitors at a key moment when requested. Charges were very competitive and good value for money. Would highly recommend.

I had an appointment, and the property was let agreed, they hadn't informed or canceled my appointment, left me confused, had to wait for them to open office, and I myself had to cross check with them if the viewing is still happening or not, and it was NOT, and they did NOT update me on this. Wasted money on train and travel. -1

10th Sep 2024 (28 days ago)The staff are polite enough when being interacted with regarding our property that we rent. However, time management is poor. We have regularly had scheduled house inspections so we can keep each party updated on the house and when they turn up all is well, but countless times they have not turned up to the house inspections when we, the tenants, have taken days off work to be available for this and consequently we’re out of wages due to this. It is unacceptable and they are consistently unapologetic. Communication between their staff needs to be improved as well as to their tenants.
