Benjamin is an excellent person to deal with. Warmly professional, personable and knowledgeable he has been open and honest with us throughout the process. I have no reservation in recommending him as a quality estate agent. Never once did we feel pressured to make a decision, nor feel like we were being ‘sold’ to. We had the pleasure of working with Benjamin recently. We met with many people who we just didn't quite feel comfortable with. When we met Benjamin we just sat and chatted. At no point did he try any tactics. It was like chatting with a friend in a coffee shop, easy and relaxed. Benjamin is such a lovely guy who will most definitely go the extra mile to help. He is knowledgeable and will happily give advice, if you ask for it. He is the kind of guy anyone would be lucky to have as a neighbour! If you have the privilege of meeting him, your plans will most definitely be enhanced. We believe in praise where it is due, hence this review. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing estate agents, we recently brought our 1st home through Lucas after also renting from them for several years. I had the pleasure of dealing with Benjamin while dealing with the very sensitive sale of my late father’s property.
From the very start it was clear that Benjamin was very knowledgeable about the local market. He named properties (not necessarily on his books) that we were directly in competition with, and therefore marketing our property to give us the competitive edge. As the market changed he advised us on adjusting the price to enable us to sell.
His communication was excellent at all times. He was sensitive, timely, understanding and always on the ball. I always felt well informed and advised.
It was a difficult sale for various reasons, but Benjamin steered us through it with a calmness and reassuring professionalism.
I would have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending him to you, and infact would never use anyone else.
