Barney handled our sale, which turned out to be quite a protracted affair, despite the sale being secured the day the property was listed.
The solicitors on both sides made life difficult by failing to communicate well, repeatedly asking for answers to questions already answered and generally taking far too long to complete their part of the transaction.
Barney kept in touch, keeping us up to date, chasing the solicitors and generally working hard to get the early completion date that both we and our purchaser were looking for. I can highly recommend Lets Rent Southampton

Cant thank Barney and Mandy for all their hard work over the past year. They both went above and beyond helping us sell our property, which I hasten to add sold fairly quickly. It was the purchasing that was difficult for us but they continued to help and support us. We cant thank them enough. Would highly recommend. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Their standard is very high & we have never had a complaint.

Let's Rent Southampton managed my property for over 6 years, whilst I worked away overseas from the UK. During this time they always looked after me and my property with a level of service, care and attention that has been truly outstanding. I have felt that John Sibbons has always looked after my home as if it were his own. I was always consulted before being met with any unexpected bills or expenditures, provided with a full set of accounts each year to submit to HMRC, and I had the confidence and trust in the Tenants that were selected by John to rent my home. John would take the time call me, to offer his professional advice on any issues that arose, often providing a solution at the same time. Let's Rent Southampton took away any worries that I might have had, allowing me to focus on my work and life, they delivered peace of mind and a security that my property rental was in safe hands.
