A Nemeth
The manager Steuart has been nothing but rude and vulgar as soon as I have moved in. They were insisting on inspection all the time and yet when repairing required not in a hurry to help, some of the agents were nice however the latest one who was a young lady had no respect towards me and tried to condescending me all the time. Before I have moved out they still haven’t repaired the leaking issue in the bedroom window and the entire wall became wet and much to my surprise they have almost immediately rented the house out again I bet still not repaired. They have lied in the eviction notice saying the landlord is selling the house. I have just seen the new tenants, only did this to rent it out again for a much higher price. Absolutely disgusting

Shambles of a letting agency. Complete neglect of any issues that have occurred within the house. Disregard of any complaints, problems would rather be avoided than resolved. Only 1 working shower between 5 tenants, which leaks into the kitchen on occasion. The other bathroom cannot be used as it will leak into another housemates room. Avoid at all costs.

If you're not already a junkie or an alcoholic but would like to be? Perhaps you don't have enough drama in your life and feel that you could use a little more? Then their rental properties are for you. If not, avoid these agents. Avoid them like you'd avoid Bubonic Plague, Gonorrhea and Covid 19. Awful agency.

Took my Daughter to view a room in their shared house. It was a dirty house and all I could smell was cannabis. For the same amount of money she can get a small flat of her own.

Booked a viewing for a property to which their representative never turned up. After waiting in the rain for half an hour, and with no response from phone calls, I was left very disappointed.

Houses full of junkies, lowlifes and entitled welfare queens. Landlord doesn't evict them since he doesn't want to lose money. Whenever something in the house breaks, it takes them months to fix it. Two showers, one only gives boiling hot water, the other one is broken. The only time they'll remember about you is when you have rent arrears.

Highly recommended agent. I've used Linda Saunders for many years for, renting a property out which I own, buying and selling property, (in fact my last property sold, they had three offers on the first day of marketing) I've always experienced a fantastic professional service with excellent communication in a very friendly manner. Nothing is too much trouble. Support is always on hand as and when required. Louise and the rest of the team make you feel as if you're their first customer of the day when you make contact. I've always found their rates very very competitive. Thank you.
