This was he worst experience I have ever had in 10 years of rental property's.
The lack of communication from this company is unbelievably furthermore when there is communication is with demands and ultimatums.
Never again!

Avoid renting through Lionsgate Property Management. I moved into a flat with broken furniture and broken light fixtures, and they won't do anything about it. I really regret using them, and recommend that you don't.

Rented with them for 2 years and it was a positive experience. Ken, Andy, Lynn, and Joyce were all nice and helpful and were able to resolve any issues that came up. As long as your requests are reasonable, they will also do their best to accommodate. I also found the move-out process to be smooth and my deposit was returned in a timely manner.

I've been asked to review Lionsgate's service and I have to say that I'm more than impressed. It was difficult time and the staffs spent time to really ensure things went smoothly.
I recommend Lionsgate Property management company to anyone looking for sell and rent properties.

Lionsgate Property are quite possibly THE worst letting agent I have ever dealt with and I've used a lot of letting agents in my time They are very proactive and friendly until you sign your name on the dotted line - once they have your signature they couldn't care less about you and put in as little effort as possible.
The worst thing about this letting agency is trying to get your deposit back, it took us roughly 3 months after moving out. They are extremely dishonest in their checkout reports and attempt to charge extortionate amounts for "repairs" and "decorating", of our £2,091 deposit they tried to claim £1,424! We had to file a dispute with the DPS and in the end the DPS went in our favour and we managed to get back £1,641, but even still... the agent got away with £450 for things that definitely did not warrant that much money.
To any future tenants reading this, when it comes to moving make sure you do your own check-out report as Lionsgate Property will plant things in your flat to make it look as if you left things behind and then charge you for cleaning costs! They planted a kitchen knife and a crate of Stella Artois in our flat when we moved out, and we don't even drink Stella, absolute joke!

Mr. Keneth Xu is very helpful in dealing with our case. We consider all the procedure are smoother than we thought. Their reaction time is super and I do appreciated for their help. Thanks we get the right agent and we avoid lots of hassle other tenants may need face. Highly recommended.

The agent inspired little trust, as they omitted including details laid out in our emails in the contract. I had to follow up several times and ended up regretting signing the deal.

I found my rental property from LionsGate. Since the beginning till the end of my contract, they provided professional as well as friendly service. My agent was Lynn, she is very kind and cooperative person, she was available whenever I need her services during my tenancy. I recommend LionsGate to all tenants. I have only positive and great things to say about Lionsgate and Paula, the agent! I contacted so many agencies from Canada, and I wasn’t getting much assistance. From the first day I called Lionsgate, I got exactly what I needed and more! Paula has been very helpful, professional and genuine. She answered any questions I had from Canada. She was accommodating of the time difference but very prompt in the securing of this property for me. I would recommend this this agency.
