I recently had Darren from Williams Estates Rhyl visit to value my property. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Rather than focusing on the strengths of his own company or providing valuable insights about my property, the majority of the appointment was spent making disparaging remarks about a previous estate agent who had just left. It felt unprofessional and unnecessarily negative. I was hoping for a constructive and informative valuation, but instead, it became an awkward and unproductive conversation. First impressions matter, and sadly, this was not a good one. He seems like he is a very insecure little man and should speak to somebody about this before he loses Williams Estates even more sales.

The whole team were great from the start.
Darren was efficient in putting our home on the market in a timely manor, explaining the process clearly and informing us of all relevant costs.
Samantha and Sarah were both fantastic at keeping us up to date throughout the whole process which helped given the stress associated with buying/selling a property.
All members of staff responds to calls and emails promptly which put us at ease. They appeared professional and friendly.

I am selling the property as an executor liiving over 50 miles away - they have been super helpful over viewing - selling the property in 3 days. They recommended an electrician when we required an electrical survey. AND when the sale fell through after several months (delays in getting probate) they only went and got a cash buyer at the asking price within 3 days of the property going back on the market - I consider them to be outstanding.

Coming up to 2 years I’ve been a tenant renting a property listed through Williams Estates (Rhuddlan) & From the beginning to present we’ve had nothing but positive experiences. The house was an estate sale after my dad passed away. Darren, Sarah and the other colleagues, at William's Estates Rhyl, that I dealt with were not only professional, but warm and sympathetic at a difficult time for myself. I was kept informed at all material times so I was really pleased with their levels of communication. Finally, despite the Covid-19 emergency I never once felt a drop in service when Darren was working from home. In fact the service got better and better as Darren went in to bat for me in liaising with various parties including tradesmen, my solicitor, and the buyers to help keep the sale moving along. Could not rate the service I received highly enough. Thank you.

Honestly if I could give more than 5 stars I would - Sarah from Williams Estates has been so helpful with assisting me in the buying process of my new investment property. I felt that I experienced poor customer service from Williams estates in Rhyl. While purchasing my first home I felt hounded at times by staff members over matters that were out of my control. I had numerous phone calls about paperwork which I had signed and posted to my solicitors which caused a large amount over stress and anxiety as I had no control over when they would be delivered! (Who would know this information about the postal service especially with adverse weather factors?!!!) I felt that staff members really should have been contacting my solicitors about this instead of putting so much pressure on me. I honestly felt bullied at times after these phone calls which often left me in tears.

After viewing a property which was available to let this morning i called to the office in Prestatyn to try and secure it. They were not very helpful at all to be honest, due to a small amount of historic debt i have as to which i am making regular payments, i was well aware that my credit rating was poor and wouldn't pass a credit check. As to which it openly informed them but did also inform them that i have a guarantor in place....they had already took all my particulars to enable me to secure the property and i also had the fee/deposit and the rent money in advance! When i told them that the best route was for me to provide them with a guarantor, they didn't want to know and tore everything that they had just taken copies of up in front of me..as a result of this they have lost the landlord a potential long term tenant and i certainly won't be using this agent or recommending them to anybody!!! All other surrounding agents use guarantors without any quibble or fuss...
