We’ve been with Ali for quite long now and he’s always been helpful and he makes sure that everything that you have concerned is always been sorted with good quality. I am so happy with my experience letting a flat through Locus Estates Hackney. I was overseas during the whole experience, and Sultan was so accommodating. She promptly answered my questions and concerns. I did a video tour with the current tenant and the flat was exactly as pictured and described.
The tenancy agreement transition was smooth. There are 3 of us on the lease all signing from different places, but Sultan made is so easy. She also followed up with all of the documents we would need in the future. Renting a flat in London during lockdown is hardly ideal, but Locus Estates Hackney made is so simple. I cannot recommend them enough!

Murat helped me to secure a room that I was interested in by performing a video tour of the room, which enabled me to avoid any risk of intruding upon occupants or spreading covid-19. I had originally arranged to view the property in person, but he was happy to adapt, and kept the room off the market while I sorted out the initial holding deposit, so as to make life easier for me and reduce the possibility that someone else would snap up the room that I had my heart set on. Even after an initial misunderstanding owing to there being two properties on the street in question, both above Turkish restaurants of the same name, we were able to resolve the problem the same day and sort out some of the details. It was a pleasure dealing with him and he is a good ambassador for the company. Later, however, some difficulties with noise and concerns about security at the property led me to leave after six months had elapsed, also due to an overbearing intrusion of outside figures into the privacy and safety of the property, and owing to a lack of understanding exhibited by a cleaning lady in relation to the agency, who combined made the process of leaving quite unpleasant. I was however told that I would receive my deposit back in full, so providing that I do in fact do so, I am not overly disappointed with the overall outcome of my dealings with Locus Estates.

Very good service! Murat was very punctual and professional during the viewing. The studio was correctly described in the advertisment, it looked even in nicer than in the pictures. The renting processes is fully documented and Murat kindly offered to give me assistance to my requests when it will be time to move. Good job!

During my recent flat search Murat and Sultan have been very helpful with the viewings and the subsequent application process. They answered our emails promptly and made the move very smooth. The fees were reasonable. They did also let us to move our stuff in the new flat one day prior the agreed moving date. Would highly recommend them.

and that was really important to us. We had several terrible experiences with lettings agents who were 30 + mins late to viewings, didn't return calls or didn't know where the flat was, and Sergen couldn't have been more different.
