They were great we were going to go for them. However, they had the higher fees and the the selling prize was lower.
Saying that they said the correct amount because we sold our property for that. Maybe we will have a quicker sell for our property..

Number One and Katie Darlow were brilliant in selling my property. Communication was excellent, especially taking into account it was such a difficult chain with ultimatums being made which they managed to defuse, maintaining the chain. They really earn their fee!

Brunee’s has been exceptional from start to finish with selling our first property. Always contactable and very personable with both to us and our viewers. She was accommodating and 9-5 just didn’t exist with her which around our work schedules was very important. Our property sold very quickly and I really believe a big part of this was down to Brunee and the Number One Team (the photos and social media videos were outstanding). We were able to complete in around 12 weeks. I couldn’t recommend Brunee at Number One Estate Agents enough and would definitely be using again on future houses.
