I would like to thank Adam Severn and Olivia Mutono for their wonderful service. From the first call I had with Adam about arranging a viewing, up until handing me the keys, he was always very helpful and understanding as well as quick with his responses regarding any questions I had.
Of course, the same goes for Olivia as she took over at the final stages and managed to expedite the process and handle all the papers in just a day!

I had a great experience with them throughout, everyone I spoke to was always happy and polite.
I also felt like they truly wanted to help and progress my move.
When I asked to revisit to take some measurements - this was not a problem either.
In addition- the welcome package I got when I collected my keys was a lovely touch and really appreciated. Nice little pick me up!

From the moment David came to value the house I was put at ease and felt we had made the right choice in estate agent.

We appointed Nuttall Parker for the sale of our house and we couldn't be more pleased with the service we receieved especially from the agent Lesley. Unfortunately, our buyers buyer pulled out late into the process so we had to put the house back on the market and Lesley made sure a new purchasers was found and the stress of finding a new buyer on a tight deadline was met. Every email, call and concern was answered efficiently and they went above and beyond to continuously chase our buyers solicitor's who were a nightmare may I add!! Despite the stress I felt relieved knowing that the whole process was in the safe hands of Nuttall Parker but more specifically Lesley who was professional, efficient, understanding and just simply amazing until the very end! Sadly , very focussed on buyers and not sellers who are their clients . I am sure if you are buying from them , you have a different experience to those , like us selling . We selected NP as our agent as we assured post selling - which took less than a week , we would be provided with someone senior who would take over the process - this didn’t happen . They made us feel like we were an inconvenience and Tony , behaved like a petulant child once we started to , quite rightly , expect the level of service we had been promised . We then found ourselves “off loaded” to the receptionist / office admin - which considering Tony knew the chain below us was slow , unstable and not driven to move - was difficult for us and for someone so junior . We had mixed messaging , we were gaslit , we lost money - all because they weren’t interested in us as clients . NP, need to understand that their clients are diverse - ie some clients will have had great experiences of customer services having bought and sold many homes - not everyone is a FTB - it’s not everyone’s first rodeo ! If you secure business based on advising your sale will move to a senior member of staff for twice weekly updates - then do it , it’s why we chose them originally . Factor in your clients situation - if you know they are getting married in the process , say congratulations ! Don’t keep getting their names wrong . Don’t send “unfortunately” emails regularly at gone 5pm at night , just as you leave the office - with no opportunity to discuss - and most importantly don’t lie !!!!! Don’t say someone is out on a viewing when you try and call for an update , when your client is stood outside your office , and can see the individual in question is sat with you !!!! That’s just rude and unprofessional and adds further weight to the lack of trust and integrity. Just do your due diligence when using NP. Establish the details of the chain - ours went from 3 plus and we’re still post completion not sure of the genuine length of the chain because of the confusion caused by NP. Luckily we were buying from a new build , who were all over the communications and customer service . Nothing was too much trouble and bent over backwards to be 100% customer first . Finally after 5 months of sheer stress and 0 customer care from NP we can walk away from this experience . We wouldn’t use them again , and we wouldn’t recommend them to our friends or family , as we wouldn’t in all good conscience want anyone to have to deal with the stress and worry they caused us .
Update - no one is targeting staff , we are reviewing as per our experience . It was shocking , and we were treated with no care whatsoever. Nothing is unkind , it is factual . You weren’t on the receiving end . If you don’t wish to address the issues and again want to “gas light” you’d “clients” with excuses and no acknowledgement that perhaps on this occasion you messed up , then you’ve absolutely clarified and consolidated your lack of care and due diligence . Causing stress , worry and upset to clients is unkind , not giving feedback on people who caused these issues . If you are not willing to learn from your mistakes , then that’s totally fine , however , you do need to appreciate that not everyone will give you 5 star reviews and as such attacking the review just because you don’t wish to accept it - nothing more to say !

I bought a flat in Newport recently through Nuttall Parker and was hugely impressed by how responsive and approachable every member of staff with whom I dealt was. Every enquiry was answered swiftly, and whenever I called requesting some support - whether it be in chasing up solicitors, digging for information, or anything else - I was met with bright and direct service from people who seemed very much to care about my experience as a customer. The conveyancing process lasted months longer than had been hoped or anticipated, but the understanding and patience from Tony, Julie, and Susannah (I apologise if I have left anybody out) mitigated a large amount of stress, so whilst I am not a regular leaver-of-reviews in the slightest, I am moved to broadcast my gratitude here, and happily so. It is the least I can do, and I wish the team and the organisation - which I will be recommending wholeheartedly in future - all the very best.

Throughout the process, for each house, they have been fabulous from the initial contact right the way through to completion. You are made to feel like more than a number in a process, the commission is competitive, their knowledge of current market forces is excellent, valuations are en-point, support is friendly and the advice received enables great decision making. I cannot recommend Nuttall Parker enough and would certainly use them over them over internet ‘big boys’ or companies offering ridiculously low commission but make you part of a process as opposed to a person. I have used Lesley and the team for my house moves over the last 15 years. They are fantastic at what they do and really do make you feel like you are in safe hands. Have just sold our home using N&P and could not of asked to work with a better estate agent. From the initial valuation right the way through to completion the team were excellent - valuation was higher than I expected but Lee supported this with strong evidence on why we should push for a higher price - he was spot on and saved us £15k had we used another Newport based agent! We chose Nuttall & Parker, to sell my late mother’s apartment, following tenders from several local Estate Agents. All agreed on the valuation of the apartment and Nuttall & parker were not the cheapest bid, in terms of fees.
We selected them because we considered that their knowledge and experience of the sector of the Newport property market which my mother’s apartment was in, would give us the best value overall.
This proved to be the case. Nuttall & Parker quickly obtained an offer for the full asking price. The sale of the property was unfortunately complicated by failures on behalf of the property management company. Throughout the protracted sale process Nuttall & Parker worked diligently to keep the prospective buyer fully informed and helped ensure that they maintained their interest.
The sale was eventually concluded, to everyone’s satisfaction.
When a sale is straightforward, most estate agents will achieve a satisfactory outcome. Unfortunately, our sale was not straightforward and Nuttall & Parker’s professionalism and experience came to the fore.

Nuttall Parker Estate Agents are second to none! I received a very professional service from everyone at the office in Newport, from the viewings to exchange.
All the staff were very helpful, up to date with my sale all along the line, helping the process.
They were also very respectful of me in the way they spoke to me, they all worked tremendously hard to ensure that my outcome was a positive one.
