A waste of time and money. I hired this company for conveyancing on a property, but they failed to tell me that they were not on my mortgage lender's approved panel until AFTER I had an offer on a property accepted. If I had known earlier I could have changed lender or solicitor with time to spare. I ended up needing to change solicitor after they had already done a bit of work for me. Very stressful experience with many days wasted.... Read more
