The reason for the low rating is: 1. I didn't get to speak to a solicitor once during my home purchase, it was handled by a para-legal. When I asked questions during a phone call, I felt as if they hadn't read the contract, as I could hear rustling as they went through the papers to find answers. 2. On my first visit to the office, my business was conducted at the entrance doorway of the office where other clients were sitting and could hear my private business when I was being asked personal information relating to my purchase.
