Went for a flat viewing scheduled for 5 PM, we arrived at 5:03PM to a property with the lights off and no one there. We rung the buzzer and waited until quarter past outside the property trying to get a hold of someone. No one turned up. Called the next day and was told that there was a viewing booked for 4:55PM (5 minutes before we were scheduled to view the property) and that the gentleman never left until after 5PM (an absolute lie, we confirmed we were both talking about the same property in the phone) I was then told that they’d look in to things and get straight back to me, I’ve been waiting well over a week now with no reply or apology from Eve property. Certainly wouldn’t be using them for rentals in the future, hopefully the sales side of things are a little more competent... Read more

I cannot recommend EVE Property highly enough. We sold our property through them and the service was outstanding. Colleen marketed our property within 2 days and the photos and advert were exceptional! Colleen was extremely approachable, professional and knowledgeable during the whole process. She went above and beyond and took the stress of selling our home out of our hands. Eve Property and their staff are very helpful. I came from a foreign country and barely knew anyone in Scotland so it meant so much to me that the staff of Eve Property made me feel welcomed, secure and comfortable. The last thing they made me feel is that I am ‘just a tenant’. In return, I felt like the place I was renting was really my home and it made me take care of it more as if it was mine. There was a time that I was stuck in another place and parcels came for me. Due to the pandemic I could not take the parcel in the flat and the staff of Eve Property kindly did that for me without hesitation. What an amazing group of people. If there were any scheduled maintenance, they would make sure that these are at my most convenient time to avoid disturbing me. I can go on and on about how secure I felt with them. They are very friendly. I really think this is important because half of the journey in renting a property is your relationship with the landlord/agency. It doesn’t matter if the house is luxurious but if agents make you feel like an outsider, it will never feel like a home. For me, my flat was a home because it was clean, cozy, and Eve Property has made me feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this amazing team.
