Excellent estate agents. Fast, courteous and friendly service. They know how to price accurately and understand the process and paperwork. Commission reasonable and worth paying...you know up front how much everything is going to cost which helps budgeting.

We used Paul De Costa to sell our home in Peacehaven in March 2021 and he was outstanding.
He was highly recommend and he make time and effort on how he promote our house. The Marchants Estate Team stood our expectations. Paul make a lot of different at the end of our selling process.
We were concerned that our house, which was located out of Brighton with few of similar homes would be tough to sell. Paul made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps, like give us staging tips, having great photographs taken, and a lot more.
His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The third buyer that saw the property put in an offer.
Our house went under contract 21 days after we put it on the market.
We've recommended Paul's Marchants Estate Team to everyone We know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy.
