I've used Cliffords and in particular Ben for nearly 10 years now both lettings and sales. This industry gets a bad name quite often but people dont often speak out when they get a good service so i thought i would. Ben has sold 2 properties for me recently and been brilliant with both where some work needed doing he even aranged for it to be done on my behalf using his property management contacts saving me loads of time and effort. Cant speak highly enough of Cliffords

Throughout our time renting through Clifford's, my wife and I have been overwhelmed by the team's competence, warmth and response to concerns or questions. Everything that you are warned - and which we were worried - about regarding lettings agents and landlords is totally unfounded in the case of Clifford's; we felt supported and valued from the first viewing to our recent check out. Reading the other reviews, too, this seems like a common feeling among others dealing with them. Thanks!

After a terrible experience with a supposedly upmarket chain of estate agents, I was very careful choosing and I chose Clifford’s as I felt I could trust Ben and his team to get the right tenants for the property and to manage an old building with care. I have not regretted it and have been very happy with Ben and his team. I believe the tenants have been very happy as well, which is important to me.

You know how you think estate agents should be? Well Ben and his team at Cliffords are EXACTLY that. What a breath of fresh air! No waffle, no silly soundbites, just the facts and answers when you need them. I honestly cannot recommend them enough. They were brilliant from start to finish in handling both tenancy and sale.

These people are just fantastic ! All of the tram are delightful , Ben, Katie Sharon. Simon all their team and all their contractors are superb. If you’re looking for an amazing agent with a really fabulous attitude and fun and human approach … you can trust these people to look after you. They have answered every single enquiry and sorted everything with efficiency care and kindness . I know them all in first names terms and they will treat you as a human being . If you can find a property with them you should because it is a rare thing to find an independent business let alone one as exemplary as this

I’ve used Clifford Sales and Lettings for managing our investment property for many years now and cannot speak highly enough of them. Having used numerous agents over the last 20 years (both small local and large national firms), Ben and his team are without doubt the most professional, caring, thorough, knowledgeable and approachable I’ve encountered - whether dealing with landlord or rental customers. I cannot imagine a scenario where we would look to move agents. If I could award six stars, I would!
