The job of an estate agent is to sell your house and this is what they did. They were very good at finding the rght person to buy my house and they were able to coax the right amount of money out of the buyer. Cat, Sam, Colleen and the team were all exemplary in their approach and did their utmost to keep things moving forward. Their price structure is at the higher end of the spectrum, but as my parents would have said, you get what you pay for. I would recommend them.

I wouldn’t use them again as I had a bad experience when selling the family home some years ago.
Pressurised into signing their contract then when I tried to buy my wife out of her half this agent still wanted his commission even though he hadn’t sold it.

The sale of my sister's house was not easy as it is a quirky house with plenty of character but house prices fell sharply at the time. However, Mark David persevered and found buyers who appreciated the singularity of the property and steered all negotiations to a satisfactory conclusion.
