Do not do business with this letting agency. They are completely incompetant. After the absolute worst experience we have ever had with any letting agent or estate agent (having bought and sold and rented multiple properties all over the world) Stephanie and Brendan are extremely slow (glacial would be a more accurate term) and after filing an official complaint and waiting over two weeks for an "investigation" was sent several pdf's and charts showing how the only thing they are good at is avoiding taking ownership of problems and deflecting criticism. There are lots of letting agents in Cirencester, do yourself a favour and pick someone with a backbone to work with. ... Read more

Rented the property out within 11 days and at a higher rent to a great tenant who is taking it for a year. Ongoing fees include great value landlord insurance to protect against default and property damage. Great staff. Quick, professional and great communication & systems. Recommend highly.... Read more
