I cannot recommend highly enough. From the first enquiry I made, every interaction has been professional, personalised and helpful. Rose helped make a very difficult situation so much easier. When I had to find a home to rent on a tight deadline she was proactive and knowledgable and went out of her way to reassure and help me. When moving into the property, Caitlin showed me round and walked me through the paperwork with a friendly professionalism and has been quick to respond to any queries I have had since. Very few viewings achieved and even after reducing price by £15k to offers over £225k, they allowed an offer £20k below the asking price without apparently advising the buyer of the minimum price that I would accept being the advertised and already reduced price. My impression is that the agents were working on behalf of the buyer and not the seller.... Read more
