MARTINS OF GOSPORT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL . I RENTED A FLAT IN ROPE QUAYS INITIALLY AND WAS THEN ABLE TO PURCHASE THE FLAT AFTER 7 MONTHS . LISA WHO HANDLES SALES , WAS A ROCK , SO HELPFUL THROUGHOUT A DRAWN OUT PURCHASING PROCESS. SHE WAS A GEM. FOLLOWING UP THE WHOLE PROCESS INVOLVING SOLICITORS ETC. I AM 75yrs OLD AND FOUND THE PROCESS OF BUYING EXTREMELY TAXING AND IF IT WASN'T FOR HER I DOUBT I WOULD HAVE STOOD THE PACE.
