As a first time buyer I wasn't sure what to expect but the team at leaders made the whole process seamless and as quick as possible. My sales consultant Megan Jones was a joy to deal with and always replied to my queries in a happy and professional manner. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Megan and it always helped to put my mind at ease through the process. If ever I looked to sell in the future Megan and the team would be my first port of call. I just wanted to say a big thank you to the whole team. We had previously tried another well known estate agent however they jusy didnt sit right with me. Leaders arranged several viewings for us. Wonderful people and amazing customer service. They were very helpful and responsive to my emails. The application process was a bit time-consuming and confusing but that is completely understandable! They were very accommodating to me and even moved my move-in date further ahead as I asked.

I would like to say a huge thankyou to the lovely ladies and team at Leaders for making this whole house selling process less painful for me. I was reluctant to sell our home of 31 years but knew the time was right. Jessica was very reassuring and so lovely when she came out to see us, she put me at ease and talked me through everything and she definately knows what she is talking about. Megan was a little Diamond, doing the viewings and answering my questions, and even Valerie listened to me waffle on. The house was put on the market and sold within 7 wks. Even now i know i could ring with any concerns i have, they are kind and thorough but also very professional. I would highly recommend Leaders for selling your home. Thankyou everyone at Leaders ????

From first engagement, through viewings and onboarding and finally to moving day and the settling in period, I’ve found them to be professional, attentive and a pleasure to deal with.
Let’s face it, moving home is always stressful and hectic… the team at Leaders kept the stress to a minimum by making sure that the administrative side went really smoothly.
