From day one kept us updated on all the progress and went a bit further when we needed extra help. Always returned emails and calls I can't fault her communication with the smooth running. 100% many thanks chloe.xx

Britney was persistent and on the ball,, she gave me regular updates daily which helped to take the stress out of the situation, her down to earth approach is really refreshing and personable. Thanks to Harry for answering my many calls also!!
5th Oct 2024 (16 weeks ago)After just loosing my mum and never having sold a house or brought before me and my dad had no idea where to start, the estate agents we was selling our property with in Surrey was awful complete lack of communication and respect, we was so worried we would loose the house we put a offer in for port Solent but marina Lifes was amazing Maria got straight onto the estate agents/solicitors and helped us every step of the way, it was a long process from our side but nothing was to much trouble they reassured us every step of the way. On collection of keys they even gave us a lovely bottle of champagne and was also happy for us. We still receive emails now from them asking if everything is okay we couldn’t ask for better estate agents. They helped contact our solicitor and explained every step of the process to us. When needing to get into the property to measure up it was never a problem. We was always letting him by smiling estate agent. We will definitely be using these for any future properties and highly recommend, thank you so much for your help. You made buying a property so much easier at such a tough time. I couldn’t

However, Paul was amazing and did everything he could to keep the chain together despite the circumstances and the fact that our buyer’s agent was nowhere to be seen! Paul was also easily contactable and went above and beyond. Thanks Paul!

2nd Jan 2025 (23 days ago)If you're looking for an agent to rent your property I would definitely recommend Martin & Co Portsmouth. I've used them for a number of years now and they have always been excellent. It's also been nice to speak to the same person over the years James Elvin. He's always found me great tenants that I've never had a problem with and he's always been so efficient, reliable and quick. I just had to give them a review. In fact they have never asked for a review but I just had to do this because I know its hard to find good reliable letting agents so I hope this will help someone looking for a good agent to trust with their property.

I would highly recommend them.They take pride in their sales and purchases, they help to relieve the stresses of moving house. We felt sure as soon as we met them that they were the right team, and our instincts were spot on. We used them to sell my elderly mother’s house where she had been for over 60 years. From the initial proceeding when John came to value the house to Selina and Kirsty showing prospective buyers around to Chantelle doing all the conveyancing at the end and all the rest of the team, they all put her at ease and very aware of unsettling but exciting the next chapter of her life would be.Chantelle is a godsend They were prompt in response to emails and made the whole process seamless with a professional demeanor when dealing with awkward buyers and slow solicitors. Everybody was there to lend a listening ear, offer up advice when I needed it and kept me abreast of any given situation. They all emit a sensitivity, understanding and kindness that help you smile in those stressful moments. They are prepared to help with anything that is over and above their work, their negotiation skills are second to none Pick Chapplins and Chapplins don’t change your ethos you are a winning team Thank You from the bottom of our hearts

I’ve not had a great experience being a tenant previously and wasn’t always treated with courtesy and respect by estate agent teams, but W&W have been so professional, responsive and helpful even when short staffed. Maisie, our go-to contact, is excellent and Sarah who has helped out a couple of times too is also great. Thanks so much!

He was professional, responsive and understanding. Estate agents don’t have the best reputation generally but Neil goes a long way to reverse that - he offers something different.

Marc kept us upto date at all times, found good strong buyers and was always prompt and on time. During the last week Marc really stepped up even further and effectively made it happen on the agreed date by engaging with all solicitors and ensuring it got over the line. We would absolutely recommend him, thank you for everything Marc!
