Just sold a house with Martin and co and have to say that the whole process was superb. The house sold very quickly and the staff involved were excellent . They communicated very well with us, they handled all of the viewings all of the communication with the buyers ...even communication with the solicitors. We really felt the customer service was second to none. I am probably buying another house to renovate shortly and I will have no hesitation at all in calling Martin and co to sell it for me.

The staff at Martin &Co were very helpful and efficient in selling my elderly aunt’s property.
Everyone bent over backwards to make sure the sale went through .Chris the manager was excellent advising on all aspects of the sale including finding a good solicitor. Nick is a good salesman and the first client he took to the property made an offer on the spot. Thank you to the team at Martin &Co.

Great staff at martin and Co, completely proffessional in all aspects of the sale. Very flexible as to times and prompt with it. The photographer was great and did a fantastic job. Special thanks to Chris, Nathan, and Jill, above all this company does one thing that many other estate agents don't do well, Communication, they always listen and give an explanation. Absolutely recomend.

Nick Cliffe gave us some very useful advice which we applied when people were viewing our home. Within a week after applying his advice we received an offer! Nick really knows his stuff. Will definitely be using Martin & Co next time we need to sell a house.

This estate agent is amazing, went way over an above for us to find us the perfect house. Nick Cliffe even stayed behind after work hours to let us view two properties. Didn't rush us let us look around at our leisure and answered all questions. Nick then went on to help us make an offer and to start the process of buying the house. Keeping us informed about all the stages We would definitely recommend this company.

I recommend Martin & Co, Newcastle-under-Lyme, without any reservation. From a Rightmove valuation request, they were in very prompt contact with us, and their Branch Manager, Chris, visited and was extremely helpful and professional. The Branch staff: Nick, Nathan, Gill, and others have been exemplary, and nothing at all has been too much trouble. All have gone way above and beyond to ensure that we, as clients (not just our property), have felt valued and respected, and their advice has been excellent. A great experience from start to finish and, crucially, their fees were definitely the most competitive. Thank you to all the team!

We chose Martin & Co Newcastle Under Lyme as they were selling the property we were interested in, so glad we did! They were excellent! The communication from them was second to none, without all their help the sale would not have gone through due to complications with solicitors. I can thoroughly recommend and if we were ever to move again they would be our first choice.
