Came out valued my house and got it on the market the same week (other estate agents couldn’t get me in for at least 3 weeks) constantly updating me with the sale of my property and the purchase of my next home. I wouldn’t sell my home through anyone else now.
8th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)A laughable Letting agent where they have the audacity of claiming over 80% of deposit worth over £450 for 'redecoration' purposes for simple wear and tear for a tenancy lived for almost 2 years. After further involvement of external adjudicator, their claim was not successful. Embarrassing really, genuinely left a bitter end to the tenancy. Their measly attempt in scraping up from a student's deposit for pathetic claims, only for their own benefits. Would've posted the laughable images they claimed against, but I will leave it at this. Do better.
11th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Cannot thank Paula and Matt enough for their professionalism. They restored our faith in the process of selling and Paula went above and beyond when handling our sale. From the minute we met Paula we knew we were in safe hands. Her enthusiasm and dedication to her profession is clear and she offered us valuable advice throughout the process of selling and even our onward purchase. Nothing was too much to ask and we were constantly updated as to progress. If we were to sell again we would not hesitate to use Paula and Matt at Priory Property Tunstall.

Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, with regular updates and quick responses to any questions we had. Their valuation was accurate, and their knowledge of the local market gave us great confidence from the outset. The team were professional, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to help. We felt supported throughout what can often be a stressful process, and everything was handled efficiently from start to finish. Excellent value for money and a genuinely first-class service. The team made the whole rental process easy and stress-free. After being in the rental business for 20 years, I can honestly say they are second to none. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, supportive, and first-class agency.
10th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)Awful experience with keates estate agents. We applied for rental property with keates online and the link you have to use is through website is called "vouch". We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.

Thank you for taking the time to reply but looking at your previous responses to other disgruntled customers, you appear to be not the best at taking criticism nor accepting poor performance on your part.
