They did call me back once, but then never followed up. I wouldn’t recommend anyone list a property with them. Based on my experience, their listings feel like clickbait. Avoid.

Sara at Haywood's estate agents talked everything through, and kept us updated every step of the way. She was cheery, helpful, and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure doing business with her. Thank you for everything Sara.

31st Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)What can I say the staff at Your Move Tunstall are just amazing, they fought our corner all the way through our house sale which took a considerable time due to a management company dragging their feet for several months! Your Move chased regularly and also kept us informed of updates all the way through. They are friendly, welcoming and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and already have. Keep up the good work guys!

13th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)The Leaders office in Nantwich was closed due to some technical problems, so we went to Crewe and the gentleman we spoke to was unfriendly and unhelpful. We had a complex letting situation which, though the information was technically correct, he was rude and unhelpful presenting to us. A couple of weeks later and we’ve just let a 3-story, 4-bedroom house in Nantwich thanks to the help of other companies letting agents who guided us through how to navigate the complexities of our situation. Do better.

10th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Awful experience with keates estate agents. We applied for rental property with keates online and the link you have to use is through website is called "vouch". We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.

23rd Apr 2026 (11 days ago)I would highly recommend Martin and Steve to anyone wishing to sell a commercial property. My experience has been second to non. Very professional team always going the extra mile. The office team in particular Blair was always polite friendly and helpful . Martin’s advice, professional attitude gave me great confidence in finding the perfect buyer for my property. Martin is a credit to his profession and Rory Mac. Fantastic guy! (Keith )

Thank you for taking the time to reply but looking at your previous responses to other disgruntled customers, you appear to be not the best at taking criticism nor accepting poor performance on your part. She was always responsive to emails and calls whenever I needed her, and consistently professional and informative throughout. As a first-time buyer, that made a huge difference and really put me at ease. I would highly recommend Encasa to anyone looking to buy a property they’ve been brilliant and helped me secure my first home ??
14th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)When I read some of the old tenants’ reviews mentioning that the estate agent had deducted from their deposit, I was worried the same might happen to me. The garden wasn’t in perfect condition when I gave the key back, but I had painted most of the house, given it a deep clean, removed all nails, filled the holes, and repainted the whole room where needed. To my surprise, the estate agent didn’t claim a single penny from my deposit. This shows that if you return the property in a nice, clean, and well-maintained condition, they are fair and won’t deduct unnecessary charges. I’m very pleased with their professionalism, fairness, and helpful attitude. While living in the property, they were always cooperative and responsive whenever I needed assistance, which made my tenancy much smoother. Highly recommended — a trustworthy estate agent who values honesty and treats tenants respectfully.

26th Apr 2026 (8 days ago)The communication was absolutely terrible. They were good at the valuation and slowly things started to go downhill after that. They rarely responded to my emails, even when I wrote my concerns in them and often said they'd call me back, but didnt. They didnt even ask me if I wanted to do the viewings myself or not, it was just expected of me. I told them I did not want any boards put up on the property but someone still came to put one up. They got some things wrong in the listing they put up and didnt even check with me beforehand to see if it was accurate.

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
