Manticore
Called to inform contractors smoking weed on premises which was making my house stink. Guy on phone was not at all interested. Called back next day, got through to a very nice woman who was apologetic, explained the plan and acted. However the warning from property owner did not stop contractor from smoking weed on site, so I called again and the lady stated she would act again. Only time will tell if the message got through. If not, plan B

Thanks to Marie Colclough, she arranged some rectification of wear and tear issues for our tenants, and all at a reasonable cost, keep me updated at all stages. Very professional, effective and efficient service indeed.
