Exceptional service from start to finish.... A warm personable viewing had me hooked on the property I viewed from the start. The team at Martin and Co were brilliant, all throughout my purchase they went above and beyond to keep me in the loop and check in with me. Martin & Co (Roundhay) have managed my rental property for several years during which time I have found the service received to be both efficient and professional. For this reason, I recently decided to use them for the first time when selling a property.
With the sale now due to complete I can only say how impressed I am with Elizabeth and Sue who throughout the entire process regularly kept me informed about all approaches and viewings. They evaluated the circumstances and credentials of each potential buyer and when a sale was agreed Elizabeth was frequently in contact with both my solicitor as well as the solicitor representing the buyer. Any queries arising were handled without delay and without doubt the proactive approach taken by Elizabeth and her team went a long way to ensuring that the sale progressed without any fuss or any unnecessary delays.
Nowadays there are many different options out there for sellers to choose from, especially with a plethora of internet-based sales agents undercutting the more traditional office-based agencies. However, in my experience a good local agent offers many advantages against the stress and possible pitfalls of such services. It was truly after the sale had been agreed that Martin and Co demonstrated their added value, at a time when some other agents may well have been inclined just to sit back and wait for things to happen.
Having over the years dealt with many different estate agents I can wholeheartedly recommend Martin & Co and would use them again without hesitation.

I cannot thank Sue enough for all her help in finding us an apartment we couldn't be happier with!
We were struggling to find a new place during the first lockdown and our tenancy at the time was about to end. We'd seen a few places with Martin & Co and put an application in for one of the places but the landlord sadly chose someone else. During the phone call to tell me this news, Sue took a note of all our criteria and in no time got us booked on a viewing for the best place we'd lived in together! She even helped us organise some essential furniture with the landlord and we even moved in shortly after viewing the apartment. Sue, thank you!

Sue from Martin & Co has been brilliant. We have had a few issues since they took over management of the property from the owners. These issues have been rectified promptly and the communication between Sue and ourselves has been brilliant. Martin & Co have also done a fantastic job with the general maintenance of the communal areas (gardens, hallways etc.) We would recommend Martin & Co to anyone who was interested in renting property in the Leeds area.

Sue and Elizabeth at the Oakwood branch of Martin & Co have been brilliant for my family and I during the sale of a property we owned in Gledhow. Even with the added complication of the corona virus, a lockdown and limited viewing capabilities, they still managed to provide a steady stream of interested customers. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone selling a property.
