I want to share my exit experience with Martin and co.
My tenancy agreement came to an end so by mistake I paid my full month rent of 625 in advance. I have called their office two times and they said the concerned is not available and will be available in sometime and will arrange a call back which I never received.
I have personally messaged the concerned person and call him too never got a call back till now.
Please be aware there tone and customer experience changes it was different when you give them money and it is different when you leave the property.

Scott was really knowledgeable and helpful, always available to talk through any queries, and made the letting out of our house a smooth process in difficult circumstances as we are not landlords but are moving temporarily due to family circumstances. The lovely people at Martin & Co have really helped me in finding a new home. Scott helped me in viewing the property and sorting out the application, and Sue was helpful when I was working through my references. As well, everyone at the office was super kind and accommodating.
It’s now been a couple of weeks since I moved in, and I absolutely love the place! Haf was the one to hand me my keys, his service was incredible. A sincere thank you all.
