I am in the early stages of having taken a tenancy managed by Martin and Co. The staff at the office in Saltaire have gone to considerable lengths to ensure matters have been managed efficiently and effectively. There were one or two little matters which needed maintenance input at the property and these received prompt fully professional attention and remediation forthwith. Perhaps the most noteworthy facet of my experience thus far has been the welcome will to assist the client in a very positive and totally unaffected manner. The person with the duty to oversee the practical matters relating to this property is a young lady called Jess. I have found her to be quite excellent in her application to solve matters arising. My experience with Martin and Co is actually quite refreshing after dealing with another national Letting agent with franchise interests in Guisely where the core values of the company left me rather disappointed. ....
