Nigel and Team sold my house in 3 days all questions emails and calls were returned within the hour if not immediately even through the Covid 19 Pandemic. I can't fault Acres throughout the whole process and if I ever sell my house again will go back to Acres.

After calling the office to arrange a viewing on a property for sale, I was asked by the sales associate Liz if my property was sold, to which I replied “no I have not listed it” (as I am thinking of putting it on rent). Her reply was that she cannot arrange a viewing under that circumstance. I asked why, as I may or may not sell my property and instead rent it out. She aggressively replied with “well you just said that you have not listed it!!”
After explaining my intentions, to which her rather negative and dumbfounded attitude couldn’t bare to swallow, I decided to let it pass and try again with my wording.
After finally getting my point across I then asked again to arrange a viewing. To which she now replied “do you have proof of funding - a mortgage in principal ?!” I said “you need that just to view a property?! You’re the only agent that’s ever asked that. Her reply - “yes, well it works for us!!” She was oblivious to the fact that I did not need a mortgage as I was a cash buyer.
So in a nutshell a house me and my wife wanted to view and potentially purchase, was lost out on due to Liz not allowing us to view and property they have for sale. Even though the property has been on sale for quite a while and has been reduced in price recently.
At this point I realised I was talking to a narcissist individual who obviously did not want a potential sale or even hit their targeted viewing figures.
The only positive I can take from this experience was that I was not singled out, as from a number of previous reviews Liz seems to be quite a catch.
If you are planning to sell your property, I would definitely not recommend this place! I know I won’t.
