Important agent gets particulars accurate & inviting , likewise good virtual tour or failing that photos that compliment property. Priority too ..obviously good communication with agent and within agency staff in relation to property . Not sure if Covid led to the service not meeting expectation, although must say when I addressed concerns the head of team did try reassure / address. The most important thing I believe an agency should do is obtain best price in reasonable time not just assume first potential buyer will be only buyer .... Read more
