Mason Homes manage my property portfolio and honestly, they’ve been exceptional. They’re attentive, proactive and always go the extra mile. My only complaint is that they didn’t start up sooner.
The app they use is brilliant. As a landlord it keeps me updated in real time, and the rent payments are seamless and always on time — a massive change from my previous agent where I was chasing for days after rent was paid.
When I used their MOT feature, it flagged a few properties I’d brought across from my old agent that were missing simple compliance certificates. Mason Homes jumped straight into action from day one and got everything sorted immediately so the whole portfolio was 100% compliant.
Overall, the whole process with Mason Homes is slick and hassle-free. I wish them all the best going forward, and I’ll happily keep adding to my portfolio with them because I’ve got full confidence in what they do.
