Although the property I was interested in was no longer available the gentleman I spoke to (I didn’t get his name unfortunately) was extremely helpful. He gave up his time to offer valuable advice even though I likely wouldn’t be renting from them as they had no properties at the time that suited my needs. He was still more than happy to answer my questions and was extremely supportive. It was very much appreciated and I would highly recommend as a very professional and approachable company, even when they had little to gain. Thank you so much

It was so challenging but Paul was on the ball from day one. And continued to stay in very close contact. Paul went over and above to chase this in and I think made the difference between this going through when it looked as though it’d fall through. If you are thinking of moving you cannot go wrong with this company. As a lady in her seventies they made my life less stressful about moving and selling my property. Matthew Nicholas have been brilliant during our property search, even though they weren't the agent selling our home they were proactive in suggesting ways we could adjust the marketing to attract more buyers. We were particularly interested in one property through them and unfortunately it didn't work out in the end however I'd have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing an agent in the Wollaston and surrounding areas.

Mathew Nicholas were acting for the owners of the house we were buying and provided a five star service in every aspect of our contact with them. We were only in a small chain but they kept driving things forward to a very satisfactory conclusion. Although they weren’t acting for us, I would have no hesitation in recommending the service they offer.

As an estate agent I have never left a review for another agent but Nick did an amazing job for his seller in a particularly difficult chain. For several weeks we were faced with problems within the chain and received no assistance from the agent involved, with a huge effort from Nick we managed to get our clients to exchange and they are now excited for moving day.
Without Nicks hard work and his willingless to work with us and solicitors our clients would not be moving!
All agents sell houses, the art is overcoming the inevitable problems after the sale has been agreed. As an agent with over 28 years experience I can honestly say Nick has this art mastered and I am certain he helps clients move that would not be in their new homes without him.

Absolutely 5 star service! I can not recommend Nick and his team more. I was in a unique position of needing to sell a property in the UK while living in Australia and did not know where to start. Nick and Paul could not have been more helpful and went above and beyond with all their help and advice. I often had questions and they would assist me straight away plus give me advice on the whole process. Their communication was amazing, keeping me informed on every detail along the way. Plus they got me a cash offer within a fortnight of being on the market! What initially was a very daunting task was made 100% easier by Nick and his team and I will forever be grateful. I promise you will not regret using them for any real estate needs you may have.
