If you are thinking of moving you cannot go wrong with this company. As a lady in her seventies they made my life less stressful about moving and selling my property. Most courteous of people who kept me up to date with everything with the progress of the sale. Highly recommend Matthew Nicholas for buying or selling a property

Mathew Nicholas were acting for the owners of the house we were buying and provided a five star service in every aspect of our contact with them. We were only in a small chain but they kept driving things forward to a very satisfactory conclusion. Although they weren’t acting for us, I would have no hesitation in recommending the service they offer.

As an estate agent I have never left a review for another agent but Nick did an amazing job for his seller in a particularly difficult chain. For several weeks we were faced with problems within the chain and received no assistance from the agent involved, with a huge effort from Nick we managed to get our clients to exchange and they are now excited for moving day.
Without Nicks hard work and his willingless to work with us and solicitors our clients would not be moving!
All agents sell houses, the art is overcoming the inevitable problems after the sale has been agreed. As an agent with over 28 years experience I can honestly say Nick has this art mastered and I am certain he helps clients move that would not be in their new homes without him.

Absolutely 5 star service! I can not recommend Nick and his team more. I was in a unique position of needing to sell a property in the UK while living in Australia and did not know where to start. Nick and Paul could not have been more helpful and went above and beyond with all their help and advice. I often had questions and they would assist me straight away plus give me advice on the whole process. Their communication was amazing, keeping me informed on every detail along the way. Plus they got me a cash offer within a fortnight of being on the market! What initially was a very daunting task was made 100% easier by Nick and his team and I will forever be grateful. I promise you will not regret using them for any real estate needs you may have.

Never been a huge fan of real estate agents for one reason or another but Nicholas was extremely knowledgeable and friendly during a viewing i had with this firm, and therefore my faith has been somewhat restored.

EDIT: End 2023 after nearly 2 years of searching these Agents finally got my purchase over the line.
it wasn't easy but we got there in the end.
i NEVER give 5 star reviews (well, very (VERY) rarely) but these guys came very close and i would, if able, give 4.5 stars as they, especially Jack, were very helpful through all the ups and downs of the rollercoaster ride we found ourselves on.
DO NOT HESITATE to use them.

After going to three estate agents to see who we wanted to choose to sell our home, we decided on MatthewNicholas and what a right choice it was.
Both Nick and Paul along with their team were caring and very thorough throughout the entire selling process.
Communication along with professional advice when needed and asked for was second to none.
Working with our solicitors along with other “legal’s” took a lot of pressure from my wife and I (all of which we didn’t need) whilst packing and getting ready to move.
They were local, around the corner, always approachable, knew the area, understood what type of family would suit the house we wanted to sell.
I could recommend them enough.

From the start Jack was professional and informative throughout the process.
Communication during the purchase phase (which is usually a silent period) was excellent. Both Jack and Nick kept me informed with the progress through to completion and hand over.
Can't recommend them enough and would certainly use them again.

Cannot recommend Matthew Nicholas highly enough. A really good mix of professionalism and personality made them very easy to deal with. They kept me constantly updated and felt like nothing was ever to much bother. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Without doubt would use again (though we don't plan to move again anytime soon!)

Brilliant service throughout from viewings to moving.
Jack and Nick at Matthew Nicholas were exceptionally helpful, and always friendly. They arranged several viewings on properties that exactly matched my brief and I was the first one through the door on the property I ended up buying.
They were patient during the viewings and also gave me some local links for various services.
They went over and above what was expected to facilitate the movement of the chain when there was a delay caused by my buyer's buyer!
Their communication was superb - usually getting in touch and updating me before the estate agent who was selling my property in Bucks. They were in constant touch with all the other estate agents in the chain and worked exceptionally hard to get the chain to the point of exchange. I can not praise them highly enough. I only wish there were more than 5 stars to award.
I have no hesitation in recommending their services both for buying and selling and have already told my daughter to use them when it is time for her to arrange my next move.
